This 7 bed, 4 bath home features a downstairs primary suite featuring a king sized bed and flat screen TV.
Downstairs also includes two additional bedrooms that feature desks and a second full bath.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms- one bedroom has a queen bed with a non attached full bath, and the other 2 upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of them has a twin bunk bed and the other a twin tractor bed. There is also a playroom upstairs with lots of toys and books.

The living areas include a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances, a large comfortable family room with large flat-screen and dining room with seating for up to 6. And laundry room with washer/dryer.

If you book our home, you are agreeing to our house rules. If you break any of these rules, you will forfeit the $1500 security deposit and be asked to leave immediately.

Long-term tenant may be staying in the detached backhouse (he travels a lot) and doesn't have access to the backyard. The backhouse has a separate private entrance and there shouldn't be any interaction.
