This freshly renovated paradise is super clean, very cozy, and charming, you will feel like home, 3 large bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, plus office.
The Cove is a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from Deerfield, beach, and it's restaurants and pier. You will relax in the spa and salt water pool in a tropical private backward Newly renovated you will love this house, with is confortable living room with 60" flat screen tv and high speed internet, and fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with queen size bed and master with king size bed. Every room has is complete bathroom (hair dryer included). Also perfect if you need to work since the office offers you a quiet environnement with a laser printer. Use 4 bicycles to discover the surrounding. Pets Friendly
20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. and minutes from shopping and restaurants. At the front door there is a Ring door bell that does not reccord and in the backyard, for the insurance and security purpose a camera, that face the pool and entry of the premises. This is NOT in function while during rentals

Chantal is great and the home was beautiful for our family of five. The location is fabulous relative to great restaurants and activities within the surrounding area. This was our second year back to Deerfield for our family vacation and we will certainly consider this host and property again!

Simply fantastic! The home is very clean and stocked with everything you need. The pool area is lovely with the pool and spa, everything is beautiful and very private. We will be back next summer! Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to relax with high comfort

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfortable place. Great pool area. A lot of room for the whole family. Close to shopping and the beach. Very calm neighborhood.

Perfect get away

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Very clean and everything you need is right there for you. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The outdoor space by the pool feels like a private resort. Great place would definitely stay again

Lovely relaxing home

We loved it - freshly redecorated - gorgeous bed rooms, lovely sitting area when me and my daughters could happily chill out Lovely pool in and out all the time, Chantal could not have been more helpful Absolutely loved it

Nick and his family were very respectful of my house and they took good care of everything. It was really easy to communicate with him and I am always happy to be part a little of a great family vacation. I would recommend Nick and his family anytime and they will be always welcome in my house.

Beautiful House/Pool

This place was an absolute dream! The house was very spacious and incredibly clean. It was well equipped with everything you could ever need. The outside pool area was our favorite part though. It was so nice! We stayed in the pool area pretty much all day every day. It had shady areas and sunny areas all throughout the day. We really loved it here!

Fantastic Stay

We spent two weeks at this spacious beautiful house. Great location 5 minute drive from beach, shops and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. Backyard oasis and pool was our favorite part! Chantal was great host attentive to every detail!

Great stay! House was very spacious. Pictures were very accurate! Location great! Neighborhood nice and safe for morning walks! Close to shops and beach! Pool was a little over chlorinated, but that was it!

Great stay with the family

We had a great week staying close to the beach . The house was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Loved that the property had 4 bikes to use. We biked to the beach most days which was only a 10 minute bike ride. The kids had a great time using the pool , the neighbourhood is very quiet and family friendly . Would recommend this property .

Amazing!

The whole property couldn’t have been better. The house is beautiful, the pool is perfect and the communication and check in couldn’t have been easier. We all loved it and wouldn’t change a thing. Already talking about going back!

Great house in Deerfield Beach

Thank you Chantal for letting us stay in your home. The house had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The kitchen has all of the utensils, pots, pans, etc. that you could think of. We spent most afternoons in the pool which was very private surrounded by palm trees. Would stay here again if in the area.

Tropical Paradise

Beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood close to Deerfield Beach, major grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Chantal is a great host who was available to address any questions and concerns. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you Chantal for welcoming us into your home.

Great Experience!

My family and I stayed at Chantal's house for a week. The property was very clean and exactly like the pictures portray. Chantal was very nice and very accommodating. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and her neighbors nice. The pool was great and the beach only 5 minutes away by car. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is just okay. We did enjoy our stay but there’s one important caveat. If you and your family thrive on a little “adversity,” this is the place for you.Day one starts with requesting permission to adjust the thermostat so your bedroom isn’t a cozy 78F all night. The thermostat won’t actually hold the temperature you set, so we had to keep adjusting it back to comfortable temperatures. The power will probably go out at some point. Ours happened in the middle of the night. After fumbling around unfamiliar breakers with flashlights and finding a car battery charging in the garage the power was finally restored. Apparently, this is “normal.”The third bedroom also doubles as a sauna, and the third shower offers a unique feature: water comes from both the shower head and tub faucet while the tub slowly fills up. We reported it and someone will show up without you there and never return to resolve the matter. So you’ll have to share a shower with someone else. How convenient is that! Thinking you’ll just enjoy the pool? So did we. It was cloudy with debris most of the trip. The host suggested we use the pool vacuum ourselves, but after finally finding it, it looked like it hadn’t been used in years and it didn’t work. Ironically, the pool technician visited more often than the actual pool cleaner, who didn’t arrive until near the end of our stay.If unexpected adventures don’t bother you, you’ll have a great time here. Just pack your patience and swimsuits!

Absolutely beautiful home

We spent 8 days here. The house is stunning! Everything you could ever need is supplied for you! The decor is lovely. The pool area is a delightful oasis! Less than a 3 minute drive to the local grocery store and a 7 minute drive to the beach. Everything was at our fingertips! My family was so happy that they didn’t want to leave the house though! Chantal was amazing. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We enjoyed our vacation thoroughly! Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home Chantal!

Lots of glitches initially

House and property were nice, but the sink was stopped up in kitchen for 2-3 days, and took 3 house calls to fix. Pool heater wasn’t on for 2 days, and tv in bedroom never worked!

Our family had the best time. The house was amazing and big enough for everyone. The pool and area is beautiful and we used it daily. House is well stocked. Any issues we had were addressed in a timely manner and the host is super nice and easy to work with. Recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and/or family time.

Beautiful, elegant and perfect location.

The location of the property is perfect. Deerfield is such a. Fun place! You can bike to the beach, shops and the neighborhood is so lovely for evening walks. The house is decorated beautifully, and the pool and backyard is an oaosis. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were here for a month and loved every minute!

First Covid vacation

Beautiful property. The abundance of palm trees gave a tropical feel to the pool area. Even though we couldn’t use the pool, ice enjoyed being outside and relaxing.
