The backyard alone made the stay worth it. It was a private tropical oasis with the pool and the palm trees offering complete privacy. The home was lovely with the 3 bed/baths and the open living room/dining room/ kitchen set up was well apportioned. The central location put us close to everything we wanted. Whenever we reached out to Basil he was always quick in responding and took care of our needs. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was very enjoyable. very clean home . There are some plumbing issues otherwise very comfortable home. I would have liked the patio area to have been blown off. Nice to sit out there but would have liked it cleaner on the outside

This is an older home with some nice updates….the kitchen is a great space with a big island. I also like that 2 of bedrooms open up to the pool and patio area with small sitting areas. The poolwas very nice. It was also great having 3 full bathes. The beds were very comfortable. The house needs a little TLC. It’s a bit beat up (vanities and floors, curtains stained/old) and we had a few bug issues. Outside just needs some cleaning and sprucing up. The house is in an older neighborhood that seems to be in the process of turning over with new owners and house refreshes. Location is good.

I am truly sorry that our home did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide a home that pleases our guests and give them what they expect. We will look into the issues you had and make every effort to correct them. We do have pest control, but the semi tropical climate does tend to bring more pests than other parts of country. I will talk to our pest people about doing a better job.FYI: The house was completely gutted and remodeled 6 years ago and floors and vanities were new. We will do a complete evaluation of everything and refurbish what needs to be fixed or replaced later this summer.

Perfect in every way.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house was very clean and thoughtfully laid out, furnished and stocked. The pool and surrounding landscaping made for a private tropical oasis you can spend all week in.

Well decorated, spacious living with thought put into each room. There was a couple of things which could do with being improved / better maintained but nothin that would ruin a stay. We had notified the host of these separately. We found the pool well heated and private and the kitchen very well equipped. It was close to target and the neighbourhood was nice. Would stay again for sure.

Really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of five had a very lovely 8-day stay for spring break. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed. Love the spacious kitchen and all the extra amenities. We made good use of the pool and spent a couple days at the nearby beach. Overall a terrific experience and we would definitely come back again! Thank you Basil!

Great family vacation

Great time staying here! Property was clean and ready when we arrived. Minor issues while we were there, but everything was responded too or helped with shortly. Kids loved the park that was close by and walk able to store and a few restaurants. Beach was super easy to get too. Pool was a huge hit. Beds were comfortable and 3 bathrooms was great! Would definitely recommend!
