Very nice place across the street from the beach. Easy access to the street and stores on Avila Beach. Would recommend for any stay. Love the location and the view. Parking was easy.

Stayed here with our daughters for Cal Poly drop off and it was great. Beautiful view and loved the location. We are all runners so we loved being able to jog by the water in the mornimgs

Property was just as described. Very convenient never had to move our vehicle the kids had a blast will definitely be back!

Perfect February Getaway

The property is clean and comfortable; central location is convenient to the beach and restaurants; very peaceful in February; beautiful view of the ocean from the patio; helpful communication with the property manager; would be happy to stay here again.

The location was perfect, it was walking distance to everything! It was a nice size, with a beautiful view. Everything seemed clean, all the living spaces, excluding the carpet and the windows.

Superb location, comfortable space

We love this apartment and will certainly be back. It is an efficiently designed space and so easy to come back to from the beach for lunch, snacks, drinks, naps whatever! We were cozy but comfortable as a family of 6.

Property was very clean, well appointed and super convenient. Right across the street from the beach plus right downstairs is a market.

Great Location

This place was great. No AC but not really needed on the beach. Place was clean, good beds, and a coffee pot. What more do you need!

Exceeded our expectations. Unit had everything we needed and more. Easy to keep clean as there was a shower outside the door for sand removal and the beautiful laminate flooring was easy to sweep up. Quick and amazing communication with manager, Jose, who immediately answered our questions.
