Avila Visit

We always absolutely love visiting Avila, and the property was the icing on the cake. The condo was gorgeous and clean. We loved being able to look at over the ocean. The property management company stayed in communication with us and we're amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Consistently great

We’ve stayed here many times now. It’s hands-down our favorite in Avila for location and convenience. The only down-side is noise level, which is just inherent to the building. Hope to he back soon!

This place was great. No AC but not really needed on the beach. Place was clean, good beds, and a coffee pot. What more do you need!

Great location

This is a great place to stay! The property was clean, well stocked and maintained. View was unbelievable. Just beware that there are 34 steps from the parking garage to the flat. We had my 83 year old friend along and she made the stairs but had we known there were that many steps we would have probably chosen somewhere different for her. I would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Get-away!

As a CPA, my wife and I were decompressing from a busy tax season and this unit proved to be a perfect accommodation for our weekend time away. We set out on the patio which overlooked the beach and just people-watched, read and relaxed. The unit was well appointed and clean. We had a great time and will visit this property again.

Great location!

Nice to be able to hang out on the patio but not have to be in the fray of all the people on the street! Jose, the host, was wonderful and communicated through text when our phones wouldn’t work. It was a wonderful weekend!

Great Beach Getaway

Beautiful condo, excellent location, clean and had everything needed. Great stay!!! The only comment was the bedrooms were hot at night, with not much breeze, and no air conditioning. Probably don't usually don't need it at the beach- warm time of year

Great getaway spot. Slept soundly to the sound of the waves with the windows cracked. Very convenient access to the beach, coffee and downstairs market. Did not recall that the description detail included the two flights of stairs to reach the front door. Got my steps in. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Avila Beach stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Avila. The location was so convenient and very nice to have an easily accessible reserved parking spot. The rental property was well kept and maintained. We wished the fridge/sink had a RO system or filter for drinking water, but this was a minute issue. It was sometimes a little noisy being above the grocery store including hearing a smoke alarm early in the morning but all in all, couldn’t be the location. We will happily return in the future!

Fun location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great space for a small group to enjoy Avila! Fun to be able to walk across to the beach anytime. We enjoyed the deck and grill! A little bit of noise in the morning from the restaurant below, but not a big deal for us. Property Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. It was fun!

Wonderful location!

My husband and I, and our two kids stayed here. My mom and dad stayed next door and we opened the patio up. It felt so special! The units were the cleanest I’ve ever seen at an vrbo. They text our room was ready early, even though we couldn’t get there before 5:00, I really appreciate that in a host. Property management was great and easy to communicate with. The views and location being right above the market made it even more enjoyable. The only slight negative is the master bed was not comfortable.we usually only stay at places with a king master but we settled to not pass the location up. The bed was loud and the plastic covering on the mattress made it hard to sleep. My parents next door said the same thing, that was their only negative. We both were disappointed with the price point of the place, to not have a plush bed, BUT I was ok sacrificing that for everything else being so amazing. I definitely will stay here again, I’ll just bring my mattress topper. There is a closet by the front door (outside) we missed, but it was full of beach items we wish we found it sooner. They thought of everything. I miss having my coffee on the balcony and can’t wait to go back.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here quite a lot. The unit was very clean upon check-in. The location can’t be beat and the place is roomy. The heater did not work and it was very chilly and never got warmer than 67 degrees inside. We tried to use the gas fireplace to warm up the place, but that did not work either. So, we made use of the many blankets that were provided. Other than that, it is a lovely place and perfect for a get away to the coast. Bring your own laundry soap if you plan on washing clothes as none was provided. They did provide plenty of paper products, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and dishwashing soap so that was very much appreciated. The keyless entry and the secured parking spot were very much appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay.

Family summer Vacation

The beach front condo was a perfect place to have the view of the beach! It was quiet in the early morning and evening, with great beach access. We enjoyed all the amenties and the views from the outdoor patio. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. The parking spot provided was a little tight for our SUV and there are 2 levels of stairs to climb to get from parking to the door-this was alot of up and down with kids and beach gear. Overall, our stay was a good experience at the condo- many family memories made. The property management team did not accommodate early check in as requested (with 3 kiddos and a car load of gear- this would have been helpful ) they told me the cleanjng crew was still there when we arrived at approx. 320pm. I was told they would send me the gate code at 4pm, which they didnt. I had to call again, to have this sent to me. When we got inside, all windows were were locked up, and it was extremely hot and stuffy, which made me wonder if it had been finished earlier. We have rented before through this company and they have always been attentive and accommodating ...not sure what happened this time.

Off Season Beach Getaway

I booked this getaway purely for the location, but was pleasantly surprised by the whole place. It was clean on arrival, and the interior is nicer than the pictures even do justice. The balcony is perfect for sitting and drinking coffee while you watch the waves or having a nice lunch with a view. We brought Grandma who was able to watch her grandchild play out on the beach below from the comfort of the balcony. There is a shower outside the front door where you can rinse off your feet and keep the sand out! Having two bathrooms was key for our group and both are up to date and nice! We used the over to bake cookies and the place had all the kitchen utensils we needed. The tv is a smart tv so we watching Netflix and Disney plus movies at night. Would recommend bringing your own beach towels/toys/bikes as well as anything to keep warm on the balcony in the evenings/early mornings. Around 8:00 every night the store below closes the side door which is really loud but honestly very quick and I found that any noise from the shops below was gone after that. The carport is easy to get in and out of and takes away the pressure of trying to find street parking. Honestly, I highly recommend this spot on the offseason, when the crowds are low and you can curl up with a good book and watch the waves in the morning sunrise. The keyless entry is nice for coming and going and not worrying about losing a key. Also big shoutout to Ken in the office who helped me on arrival, it was nice to have someone to connect with as I was traveling with a small child and arrived just a bit early. Great experience, would do it again.
