Surf In, Surf Out has a new look! A neutral beach color palette, furniture, bedding, linens, flooring and more! Come see the fresh look on a family favorite beach rental.

Surf In, Surf Out is a family favorite condo! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quiet end of the courtyard.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite (king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); and the loft area. In the loft is a queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 twin sleeper sofa. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible. There are three steps leading to the master suite. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

Great great!

I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I had younger children I would have opted to sleep them in the master with me. It was still a 10/10.

Great Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd or 4th time I've gone through seven sisters vacation rentals. These condos are really nice, totally secure,private secure parking and 1/2 block from the boardwalk/beach. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Shampoo, laundry soap, full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the grandkids loved the loft. Looking forward to next year.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo provided our family with a wonderful vacation. It was appropriate for ages 2 - 70. Location cannot be beat. Less than 1 block to beach, restaurants etc. the condo itself was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Staff was responsive and friendly with any needs. We had rain for a day, but there was plenty of space for kids to play and adults to have space for games also.

Wonderful family stay

This year our parents will be celebrating 56 years married and as they are in their 80’s we planned a family trip to Avila Beach with everyone. Our stay could not have been more lively than it was. The location and the house was perfect all around . It was beautifully decorated, restful, clean. Everything we could have hoped for. It was the best spot to create memories.

Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

Super Stay at Surf in Surf Out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful townhouse, furnished tastefully and comfortably. Location is really wonderful - so close to the beach and the restaurants. Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

Great for Young and Old

Six adults and five kiddos ranging in age from 12-3, I was unsure if this unit would give enough room and it was perfect. Only wished we had a third bathroom but we all managed well. Perfect location, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Spent time on the patio in the evenings playing cards while using the grill. Lovely time!

Annual Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seven sisters is always so easy to work with. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. We did have an issue with a battery in the carbon monoxide detector and seven sisters was there within 10 minutes to get handled. The fridge ice maker doesn’t work and some of the windows and blinds were also broken as was the fan in the living room so that was bummers but over all it was great.

Perfect Property

This property worked perfectly for my 2 adult daughters and their families for my birthday celebration weekend. Location was fantastic - everything was an easy walk away. The property itself is beautifully decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our weekend so much we intend to make it an annual event.

Fantastic New Years Getaway

The property was very clean, upgraded and so close to downtown and beach. You are literally a half block to the beach. There is a wine tasting room right outside the courtyard! This is a great location for a family reunion. We were in Surf In Surf Out and also Beach Happy. Both places were super comfortable and everyone had there own space. I'm telling all my friends! We will definitely be back!
