Abalone Alcove is a dog-friendly 2-bedroom Dillon Beach bungalow for 6 with sweeping Pacific views, a private hot tub, game room, pool table, and ocean-view deck. Walk to the beach or make the quick 3-minute drive, explore Tomales Bay and Point Reyes, then come home for BBQ, games, and a sunset soak. Perfect for families, couples, friends, girls’ getaways, beach lovers, and dog lovers.

Dillon Beach — Approximately a 12–15 minute walk or 3-minute drive for surfing, beachcombing, shoreline walks, and dog-friendly beach adventures.

Point Reyes — Beaches, hiking, wildlife, and dramatic coastal scenery.
Bodega Bay — Fresh seafood, beaches, kayaking, and seasonal whale watching.

DOG GUIDELINES
Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
Dogs must remain leashed outdoors as we have wildlife in the area including friendly deer.
Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended.

-Please be conscientious of water use


*** PLEASE READ - HEATING: A passive heating system using thermal/solar panels heats the home throughout the day & well into the night - if it gets to warm, open windows, vents & doors to let in the ocean breeze cool the house.
There's a wood stove in the living room - the main heat source in the winter. The upstairs bedroom has a baseboard heater, the downstairs uses space heaters.

Wood Stove Directions: Please be sure to bring wood and kindling w/you as we do not provide it. Wood can be purchased at the Dillon Beach Store orTomales General Store

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
