The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to let your inner chef shine, while the breakfast nook keeps the conversation flowing as you cook. After a delicious meal, clear the dining table for a round of board games, or head downstairs for a few competitive rounds of ping pong. Step outside to the back patio, where you can fire up the gas BBQ.

- Dining area - Large table, perfect for family meals & fun Game Nights!
- Den - Off of the main living room w/ a sofa sleeper & pocket doors for privacy
- Bedroom 1 - Spacious w/a Comfy King bed
- Bathroom 1 - Full bath w/a tub/shower combo

- 2 Cars Max in driveway. Please ask us about where to park extra cars
- NO PARTIES- We are in a Private Community w/ an HOA / Security- NO Large Gatherings
- PET POLICY: Dogs only - $120 Dog Fee per Dog. Backyard is not fenced & dogs must be leashed -
For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house.
