Holidays to relax

We spent wonderful holidays here. The location is ideal for people who like to walk and relax on the beach. We found the apartment very clean and felt very comfortable. The landlady is very nice and helpful and always available. The kitchen is equipped with the most important, we have only missed wine glasses or some more dishes, so that one does not have to turn on the dishwasher again and again. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent booking

This was an excellent unit and building to stay in. Everything was newer and clean, the kitchen had most everything I needed to cook, and Randa responded quickly to emails and texts. The building is in a fantastic area of the beach with tiki bars a short walk on the beach either way. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to use, but would’ve loved it if there was maybe a bocce ball set or something for adults to use on the beach. :) The only negative of the location is IF you are looking to spend a lot of time by Times Square. It can take an hour to go 4 miles if you don’t go really early or really late. But you can rent bikes for alternative travel if able. So if you’re looking to spend most of your stay in the unit and on the beach, this place is perfect.

Gorgeous condo with breathtaking view.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. We enjoyed every minute. It is nicely decorated & very spacious. The owner, Randa is an amazing host (I promise you will not find anyone better than her). She sincerely cares that you have an excellent time. You will wake up with a beautiful view of the beach. You are in a quiet neighborhood with nice people (across from the movie theater), but yet not to far away from town square. The location of the condo is great, you are in a quiet neighborhood, but yet still have places to go within walking distance to have fun, such as..Outriggers & Pinchers. Also there is a place to rent jet skis right on the beach. We cannot say enough nice things about our stay in this condo. From my family to yours..a warm heartfelt thank you to the condo owner, Randa (she went above & beyond anything we could ask for)!!!

GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION !!!!

We loved this property , everything was very convenient . Check in and out was easy with no hassle at all they made this process very simple for the guests. Condo was spotless . Beach was steps away and beautiful . The owner was very nice and easy to work with . We will definitely come back .

Would recommend this location for all ages.

Great location for both beach and walkable restaurants. Loved not located in the congestion of town square and the traffic but still plenty to do and place to see. Would definitely stay in this same complex again. Host was easily reachable and quick with any questions we had.

Great vacation

Nicely renovated condo. Beautiful beach in quiet area. Liked ability to walk to CVS and strip mall or trolley to Publix and the short walk to several outdoor restaurants. Loved the view from lanai and gorgeous sunsets!

Wonderful vacation!

This property is exactly as shown - clean and beautiful. It felt so homey, it was like being on vacation in my own home. The owner was responsive throughout the whole process. The entire building is clean, residents are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely put this condo at the top of our list when we we return to the FMB area.

Relaxing Getaway

The property was wonderful. The condo was clean, seemed recently updated, and was stocked with everything you could need to have a great vacation. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the screened patio. The beach is beautiful and well maintained. I would definitely stay again.

Fall getaway

The location of this condo was perfect for us. The condo has everything you’ll need including a cooler and beach chairs. Would highly recommend this unit. The owner is on top of things.

Updated rental with everything you need for the beach

The condo was very clean and had everything you need for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, cart, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. Property is on a beautiful stretch of the beach. Highly recommend!

Sunsets

We had a lovely vacation at this unit which is exactly as shown on the site. Wonderful sunsets to watch each evening. We loved the stretch of beach, very peaceful at this end of the island. Suggestion, enter the island from Bonita Beach much easier to navigate.

Location, Location, Location.

This property was very nice, clean and up to date. Location was wonderful. Perfect views of sunsets. You could also see the sunrises in the front of the Condo. Transportation not a problem. There is a Trolley that runs on Estero Blvd., which is right in front of this condo. Restaurants, movie theatre, hair and nail salons, & shopping within walking distance. We had such a good time that we have leased this unit again for next year. Owner of this unit was very friendly and cooperative.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in October. The condo has been re-modelled with new titled floor throughout, and a new kitchen. The furnishings in the living room and bedrooms are also new. It is bright and the living room is quite contemporary with very comfortable sitting and dining areas. As we were the first people to stay in the condo following re-furbishment, there were one or two very minor problems, but the owner is very approachable and helpful and soon got things put right. We spent a very happy time in this condo and would have no hesitation in booking it again in the future.

Amazing beach condo!!

We stayed in this beautiful clean and relaxing condo in March and let me tell you we had the best time ever!! The view is unbelievable !! We watched the sunset every day and the sun rise every morning ! The condo has every thing you need ,just bring your clothes and enjoy your vacation ! The location is excellent.It is close to every thing,restaurants,attractions and the most important thing that it is on the beach .the owner was very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo for your future vacation!
