Susan and Bob made for a great stay. The property was great and was within walking distance of nearly everything in Banff, and they also provided two bikes for getting around. The guest house was well stocked, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had one issue with the hot tub being too hot (we did travel during a bit of a heat wave) and Bob took care of it right away. He and Susan were incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and quick to offer advice on places to eat or visit. We had a great time. Thank you for helping make our stay a core memory for our family!
