1 bedroom condo in the Plaza Residences in desired Kierland area of Scottsdale. 42" TV/DVD in living room and 24" TV in bedroom. King memory foam bed with walk in closet. Granite Counter top and Stainless Steel appliances in kitchen. Whirlpool washer/dryer set.

A short drive to the TPC Golf Course, Westworld - Horse Shows, Barrett Jackson auto show, and many other events.

The Plaza Residence has a full exercise room, 2 pools(one heated), a hot tub, BBQ, pool table, shared computers, internet, a TV room/theater for 6 and a meeting room.

Cable TV, wireless high speed internet, and utilities included.

Excellent accommodations

Great location and unit very comfortable. Well stocked with all new appliances. Grounds and pool area well maintained. BBQ areas were added bonus! Hosts were quick to respond and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Home!

My husband and I found Tom & Michele’s listing while searching for a long-term stay as we moved from the Midwest to Arizona. They were efficient with all communication back and forth as we asked lots of questions beforehand! We lived in their condo for several months while acclimating to the Scottsdale area and finding a permanent residence - it was perfect! Their condo is located in beautiful, safe North Scottsdale, minutes away from anything you could need! Their condo was excellently appointed with everything we needed for a long-term stay. When we had a minor issue with the WiFi, they were quick to support. The condo comes with access to a gym and a pool - both very well maintained! We truly loved our time at Tom & Michele’s condo!!

Great place to stay

Quiet, comfortable, and clean apartment in gated community. Tons of restaurants and shopping options in an upscale part of town.

Excellent Property

Condo was exceptionally clean, in a great central location and complex was well maintained by management group. Owners were fantastic to work with!

Great Location

Close to many restaurants and a short walk to Kierland mall. Kitchen is well stocked. Tom was great any time we needed help or information. Would stay again.

Fall in Scottsdale

I needed a place to stay in Scottsdale for 2 1/2 months while getting treatment for Lyme disease at the Envita clinic. Tom and Michele's condo was perfect. The gated community is quiet, but extremely close to shopping and restaurants-everything I needed.

We had a great stay at the condo....great location, comfortable getaway.

Tom & Michele were quick to help us out with our questions. The condo was supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency and had to leave early. However, before we left we did a lot of hiking, sightseeing, etc. The pool area is beautiful ....we were able walk to great shopping areas. The grounds are lovely & we had a great time.

Winter 2017

Very comfortable and well equipped with new furnishings, dishes, etc. Enjoyed the amenities of BBQ grill, pool table, swimming pool, fitness room. Also the beautiful area was great for walking.

We love the Kierland Area. It is clean, safe and plenty to do. Plaza Residence is a gated community and in the center of activities. Great walking and biking paths. We love walking to all the shopping and restaurants nearby.
