half good, half not so good

NOTE: LOTS of airplane noise as condo is very close to Scottsdale Executive Airport . Well stocked condo. Nice pool, grounds and neighbors. condo is worn out and dirty. a few examples: gray sofa shows dirt ,worn out and uncomfortable. Tub is discolored, decor is dusty, paint on walls and trim is uneven and discolored. clothes dryer is dirty and clothing catches

Perfect stay

Nice condo, very clean and well laid out with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Beautiful pool and well kept grounds. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Convenient Scottsdale hangout

The property is close to many locations and we had a beautiful walk every morning all along a golf course, which is right next to the property. We got to know the residents, all very nice people. Pool time was a social activity. Pool bbqs are cleaned regularly too! Rich was responsive to communication. Nice chap!

Beautiful and we'll worth it

The property owner is very attentive and professional. The property was clean, just as pictures showed, and everything you need to just settle in and relax. Small gated community, well attended, quiet, safe, and beautiful pool and amenities. Close to everything you would need. Would definitely recommend it to anybody. I give it top ratings for sure !!!

Wonderful stay!

We had everything we needed! Casper bed, extra pillows, smart tvs, patio (2nd floor), fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, pool towels and a one car garage. One of the pools was a saltwater pool which was amazing! Grills and workout facility near the pool area. Location is terrific- closest grocery stores are Natural Grocers and Safeway. Lots of good places to eat as well as hike, shop, etc. Would absolutely stay again.

Thoughtful Experience

Yes, Rich has a 5* place here. What is apparent is the thoughtfulness of Rich for his guests. Extras such as pool towels and plastic plates allowed fun times at the 2 pools was just a start. Lovely condo, quiet, with huge balcony. It was a lovely experience, Rich was a wonderful host.

Perfect Scottsdale location.

Great owner. Nice pool, covered patio and amenities. Enjoyed having a garage. TV's had cable and streaming capability. Perfect size for a couple.

Great place to stay

We were in Scottsdale for a Mayo Clinic visit. This 1 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. Not only is it close to Mayo Clinic but great shopping and restaurants are nearby also. Plaza Residences is very well maintained and the people are very friendly too. Would stay there again.

Let me start with Rich's property description was excellent. He meet us at the gate and gave us a tour of the grounds first. IE pool, hot tub, workout room etc. Then took us to the condo, he walked us thru, showing us where dishes, towels, laundry soap was. Everything we needed to start our stay was there including a garage to park in. He then give us tips on shopping, restaurants near by. This is a great location you walk to everything Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter are both a short 15 minute walk away. We were pleasantly suprised at how quiet it was. Rich told us it was but you're never really sure. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO places this was one of the best. If it's available you will not be disappointed.

The apartment is located in a very clean and safe community. When I arrived Rich showed me everything and I could always reach out to him with questions. Had a great stay and would always go there again!

Great condo

We stayed at Rich’s condo for one week. He was a great host who met us on our arrival and answered any questions. The condo was in a great location in Scottsdale. The unit itself was super clean and nicely decorated. We would have no reservations about renting this property again.

Great condo, great neighborhood, great owner!

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo! Wonderful neighborhood to enjoy the pools, which I did everyday. The space is spacious, immaculate, well equipped and very nicely decorated. Rich is friendly and relaxed. Quick to respond if you have a question, but otherwise gives you complete privacy. I highly recommend it!

A great condo in a great location

We really enjoyed our two week stay! The condo was very comfortable, equipped with all the essentials. We enjoyed the sun on the lanai in the afternoons and the beautiful sunsets at night. It is close to the Barrett-Jackson auction , a beautiful outdoor shopping area, outlet malls and restaurants. We would definitely come back again. Thank you to Rich!
