The perfect beach location! Emerald Isle Resort is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This property is just steps to the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the property amenities with a game of tennis or relaxing by the pool. This location is convenient to both Fort Walton Beach and Destin restaurants and attractions. Visit the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier or The Gulfarium just around the corner.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area, a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a 50" flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, flat screen TV, and slider door to the balcony. A second bedroom with a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and window views of the gulf scenery.

Pool Heated- Winter months: Dates change yearly depending on weather and budget for HOA. Usually March, April, October, November, and December each year.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Great Family Vacay Location

Very Clean, has all of the amenities you’d have at home,access to beautiful white sand beach through the pool..Games and movies for family entertainment… Beach towels.. only 10 minute drive from Destin..Enjoyed our stay

Best place to stay!!!!!

It was wonderful. Gulf and bay views, clean and updated. Family oriented. Not so crowded on the beach. Full beach chair service! I will be claiming this condo next time I come down to the island.

Great views & chill beach

We love the Okaloosa Island beach, not crowded at all, and this rental has an excellent chair & umbrella service. 6th floor Beach Views from the living room & master bedroom. Tom Thumb full convenience store only a 5 min walk on the same side of the road. Main road has a bike lane and sidewalk for easy cardio, dog walking, and access to Hwy 98. 50” TCL Roku smart TV in living room has all the apps you need and HDMI/USB inputs for gaming. Plenty of board games, reading material, and DVDs included as well. Basket full of beach towels was a pleasant surprise & the 2 high end beach chairs in the closet would be handy for off-season or moonlight beaching. Kitchen is equipped with everything most people would need including a full size fridge. The decor was better than expected in this price range. The only downsides are the bathrooms are small and underwhelming & Master BR mattress was a little past its prime but still got the job done, both fairly typical for 2BR/2BA rentals in this price range. A/C and WiFi worked well and we never had to wait on the elevator. Back patio with beach views was really nice. Communication with staff was excellent during our stay. Very responsive and pleasant.

Perfect getaway!

This condo had the perfect location! We loved being able to sit out on the balcony when it rained and enjoy the view. We had just the right amount of room and the condo itself was clean and stylish. The parking spots were a bit of a tight squeeze but nothing to be too upset about! We can’t wait to come back!

Fun with family

The location was perfect and the view mesmerizing. The condo was comfortable and roomy. The heated pool not so heated, very cold. Children’s lips got blue trying to swim for a few minutes. The building itself is not handicap accessible near the C elevator. The small ramp was too steep and there were 3 levels on the sidewalk making it impossible to enter the elevator without someone strong to assist. Bath tub fixtures need upgraded.

Great condo

This is a great condo with all you need to enjoy the stay. Only problem is the front door lock is a bit sticky / tricky to open.

Got Married!

We love the layout and comfort of this condo. The location is perfect as it sits back, away from the pool. The view of the gulf is stunning. We stayed 9/17/22 - 10/01/22, got married 9/21/22♥♥ We spent most of our two weeks by the water. No place can ever compete with the beautiful, emerald water, the sugar sand , the sunrises and sunsets we experience on Okaloosa Island.

Emerald Isle 610

We enjoyed our stay very much in this condo unit! The location and proximity to the beach and onsite pool were perfect ( very little steps). The unit itself was very clean when we arrived and the beach decor throughout was a nice touch. The balcony view to the ocean was incredible. Plenty of towels and other amenities you could think of were provided as well. The beach service with chairs and umbrella that were included for guests was a plus for us too - it eliminated our need to bring those things. Overall, we loved our stay at Emerald Isle and highly recommend! Would love to stay there again in the future when we return to Okaloosa Island/FWB.

Perfect View!

The condo was wonderful! Ypu couldn't beat the view. The communication and responsiveness of the owner was amazing. The only downfall was the dishwasher didnt work. I didnt expect to have to clean dishes on vacation. We cooked a lot in the condo. The owner tried their best to get it fixed without success. The beds were ok. I'm not a tall person but my husband is and both of us felt out legs were hanging off. The top of bed felt like your head was on a hill. I think the floors cpuld have been cleaner. My feet and families were dirty after walking through upon arrival. These are minor things. I would still highly reccommend this property!

What a jem

We always come here for our beach getaway. This was our first stay at this jem. It had the most amazing view. Plenty of beach towels, a variety of stops, food and entertainment close by. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

This condo was perfect for my husband and I our 2 year old plus my parents. The beds sleep well. The outdoor furniture could use a refresh And be sure to bring your card to the laundry room, it states laundry is included but it is an additional fee ($3) per load. We are excited to stay here again! Loved the layout and the overall location and easy access to the beach. Our son has CP and this complex is very accommodating for handicapped people.

Overall ver pleased

We loved everything about this property the views from the balcony were great and from the master bedroom. The pool can get a little crowded though as its a little small for the amount of guests using it. The room was clean and as advertised.
