This is a wonderful Studio condo at the El Matador complex on Okaloosa Island with a beautiful balcony view, close walk to the beautiful private beach, close to tennis courts, seasonally heated pool, gym, and hot tub. The unit is well equipped and cozy, kitchen fully furnished, with one King bed and a queen sofa sleeper. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella that I keep in the closet that you are welcome to take with you to the beach. This is a unique and tranquil hideaway at the El Matador!!

We enjoyed our stay room was clean host was easy to get in contact with for more towels and supplies very fast with staff getting this to us in 10 minutes enjoyed sitting on balcony in the morning drinking coffee Grandaughter enjoyed the pool close to the room as well as the beach beds were comfortable we would definitely stay again thank you for a great week

Host was very attentive, and the space was very clean! You can see the ocean from the balcony, and a short walk to the private beach! We will be coming back here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was a little farther from the beach than the listing made it appear, but that was honestly the only downside. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed, and stocked with so many thoughtful touches. We appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, games, plenty of towels, and even kitchen essentials like seasonings, cooking oil, and sugar.We only stayed one night, but the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was peaceful, with a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach that backs up to Air Force-controlled property, so there were no neighboring crowds on one side. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was exactly as promised. It was a great value, and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
