Accommodations are excellent, close by to hiking trails, stores, restaurants in just about anything else you can think of. Highly recommend.

The house was a really good fit for our group of 11. It was close to several local attractions. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub and fire pit. We did not receive the welcome email with entry instructions but the host was very responsive.

Beautiful stay at a beautiful place! This place has all the amenities you could think of more, not to mention super easy access to seven Springs and major interstates.

beautiful house, we loved the outdoor areas too, plenty of parking space in large driveway, plenty of bathrooms, the bar & pool table room was awesome, big kitchen with 2 dishwashers was awesome, tons of outdoor activites nearby, 30 min drive to ohiopyle

Renter 2 houses for my son’s wedding. I did not at this house but he & others love it. They spent 2 nights with friends at the fire pit . They kept saying how Great house was. Very close to venue pine rock farms.

Great property. Greg was fantastic as property manager. Great communication and made check in and check out smooth. Place has everything you need and more. Just book it and enjoy.

The house was spacious loved having a bathroom in four of the bedroom the kitchen was best equipped kitchen I’ve ever stayed in. Having the outdoor space as well as the indoor space and the pool table was a great plus. We loved having the ice cube maker constantly ready with ice. We slept in the king bed. It was super comfortable. I love the mattress. My only complaint was the Black bathroom was not cleaned well at all. On the under side of the sink there were streaks of white and around the TP holder very dusty I think the tub needs to be replaced. We have no issues with recommending this property to be rented. Our house was very accommodating, always answering her questions within short period of time.

This house was fabulous! It had everything that we needed and more! We left feeling like we could have stayed longer because of the amenities the home provided, though we were there 4 days/3 nights! The area was nice and we seen much the area had to offer!! Greg the host was kind and assisted us with any questions, even coming back around on the last day when one of our team locked the door knob and not the keypad!! Anyway, I would highly recommend this house and truly believe we’ll be back soon!
Kitchen window, allowed for natural light all day!
Side porch, beside hot tub, great for social time!
Lower living room, again great natural light all day!
Pool room and bar permitted family time and great fun!

We loved our stay!! The house was wonderful!! The kids LOVED the hot tub and the board games. there was plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen, so many bedrooms and WOW the master bedroom and bathroom with cathedral ceilings!! Gorgeous! Also loved the huge deck. And easy 12 min drive to Seven Springs Mountain. Definitely would stay here again!

My group of 8 had a fantastic stay. The open floor plan was unique with bedrooms to spare. The hotub was a welcome sight after a day on the slopes as well as the boot heater. Greg was a great host and was very communicative with our group. He even brought firewood last minute so we could make use of the firepit.We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

The house met all our needs for family golf outing, the yard was nice to be able enjoy activities outside, an enjoyed the fire pit at night, would stay again, if in area.

Great layout, plenty of sleeping space, big kitchen (we had multiple cooks going at several points). Close to a lot of things to do, several small grocers within 5 or 10 minutes. Fire pit, outdoor heart, hot tub were very nice.

Wonderful Stay

This property was perfect for my colleagues and I. We enjoyed the common areas inside and had a nice fire outside in the back yard that is perfect for entertaining. Overall, an excellent stay!
