This large one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of Americana... By the Sea. This home is the 3rd House from the Beach and Boardwalk. The unit is available for weekends or monthly lease. It features a huge patio with views of the Boardwalk and Beach, full size washer and dryer, cable TV and WIFI.

The house is located on Bartram Ave. which boosts one of he most popular beaches in Atlantic City. In addition, Bartram Park (located on the Boardwalk at Bartram) hosts weekly entertainment and a farmer's market on the weekends during the summer months. Please note: ceiling heights are 6' in some areas. Main house is listed on VRBO # 594441

My daughter and I stayed while in town for dance competition. Steps from the beach, plenty of space to sleep and get ready, big kitchen & only a 10 minute ride to the casinos. Host was helpful & communicative. Would stay again next time we’re in town!

Place is very nice/clean and in a quiet area. Private parking spot. Close to all amenities in Ac and ventnor, Host is excellent and i would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this location. We didn't have to deal with the congestion of a hotel as well as parking issues. Even though it was cold out, we loved being so close to the beach. It is literally steps away. The apartment had everything we needed.

Wonderful Weekend

Great location, reserved parking, beautiful weather, and comfortable accommodations with every amenity including a very well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor living space. We loved our stay and hope to repeat the experience next year!

Great little weekend getaway!

Place was cute and cozy and super close to the beach. Maybe too small for more than a weekend stay, at least with kids. But I would rent again for a long weekend!

We only encountered one little issue. We got there at check in time and the cleaning service was still there. We were not notified that check in was running behind. So we sat in the car waiting for around 30 minutes. I let the host know and she was very apologetic. Other than that, it was great! Super close to the beach. Dog friendly. It was generally a more calm/low key area, which we appreciated. The apartment was super cute and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Vacation!

Everything was as beautiful as advertised. Sandy was amazing and quick with her communication and attended to all of our requests in a quick and friendly manner. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

30 feet from the beach, everything was a 12 dollar uber ride away. Perfect to wake up slam coffee and get out to wherever we wanted to go. Very comfortable and cozy.

A Lovely Long Weekend

If you are looking for a clean,cozy and inviting place with a great location to spend a few days with your dog, dont hesitate on booking this property. Sandy, the owner, was very informative and easy to talk to and Louie,the property manager was very friendly. Perfect spot on the quiet end of the boardwalk but close enough to walk to any casinos if you chose to. Would definately stay again!

Great everything but the beds!

This is a lovely location with beautiful backyard and awesome parking! The beds were my only complaint. They need new comfortable mattresses!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment by the quieter end of the boardwalk. Our host Sandy and property manager Louie were so kind and welcoming. Communication with Sandy was above par! The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Cute beach decor with everything you need for a long weekend at the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning and were happy to be such a short distance from the water. All in all, a great stay!

Great Host and Property

Nice roomy apartment for a couple. Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Midway between the casino and pier. I don't think the trikes are advertised but it made our trip memorable. Great Mexican restaurant across from the Wawa. Very clean and quality mattress and furniture. Highly recommend.

Close getaway

We came to atlantic city for the weekend. The place was nice. Close to a lot of things. We walked a lot since you had to pay to park everywhere. The stay was very nice. Nice back patio to sit and relax. Super close to the beach. It was great to have a parking spot with the unit. Bed was comfy. Clean rooms.

The apartment was exactly as described. I was given the code to enter before I got there and we just entered the code and walked on in. There is one bedroom which has a queen bed which was very comfortable and a twin bed which was okay (a bit mushy). We wanted to have the 3rd person stay on the pullout couch or the pull out chair but we tried both and the twin bed seemed that it would be most comfortable, but not ideal to all sleep in one room. All linens & towels were provided and smelled freshly washed. The kitchen was very large and had all the supplies we needed. The access to parking is a HUGE plus!! In this area it is very hard to park on the street. The ceiling were low in the apartment but were not at all an issue for us. There are 2 window A/C's and worked great. There were guests upstairs that we heard walking around but it wasn't at all offensive. We found the only complaint was that the apartment was muggy even with the A/C running. A dehumidifier would have helped. The location to the boardwalk is just perfect. The beach entry has a bathroom right at that street which was wonderful. The location is about 1 mile on the boardwalk to the Tropicana. I would definitely stay here again as the location and accommodations exceeded my expectations.

I feel like the description is a little misleading so our initial impression of the home was disappointment. It is not 2 bedrooms as listed. There are 3 beds, but 1 bedroom. The third bed is a pullout couch in the living room. When the description said ground level we were not expecting it to be in the basement. Because it is a converted basement there are low ceilings and tiny windows with very little natural light you can't tell you are at the beach. Once we got over our initial disappointment we did find it to be very clean and comfortable. They did a nice job with the decor and had everything we needed to get by. The hosts were also good at communicating when we had issues with the Internet. This is a great place to crash if you need an affordable place by the beach but you don't get the beach house feel. I did appreciate the beach chairs and beach towels that they provided.

Wonderful location

Clean and nicely updated. Great location and bonus that a parking spot was made available with the rental. The unit above us was being rented by a large family with a lot of kids and the noise level was a bit much for me, but overall, we had a nice stay.
