Park your car in the large multi car covered carport with storage and begin to watch your stress melt away! Front and rear decks allow you to enjoy the outdoor weather while enjoying a quiet early morning cup of coffee or soaking up the late afternoon rays of sun. Watch the sunrise over the ocean or the shooting stars at night from the oversized rear deck off the bedrooms.

New updates include granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with new faucet fixtures and granite counters. Freshly painted with updated decor. New big screen smart TV in the living room and smart TVs in the bedrooms. Lovely patio furniture allows your entire family to relax in comfort.

This exquisite beach home is BRILLIANTLY located to many vacation attractions. First of many is that you are just steps away from the famous Ocean City beach where you can watch for dolphins playing, build a family sand castle or just catch up on some great reading! Lifeguards watch over the swimmers during the day so that you can relax while you take a dip! The family oriented boardwalk is located at 23rd street where you can ride bikes in the morning or go for a beautiful ocean side run and continues north where you ll find your traditional delicious boardwalk favorites such as french fries, Kohr's Brothers custard, Manco & Manco pizza, Johnson's caramel corn & funnel cake. Chickies and Pete's FAMOUS fries can also be found on the Ocean City boardwalk! Be sure not to miss the famous Gillian's Wonderland pier that has all your favorite rides and boardwalk games!

There is a park located at 34th street and Asbury which is home to a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts. A mini golf course is never far away for that competitive family round of putt putt.

For the adults who like to spice up their nightlife fun Atlantic City is only 12 miles away loaded with casinos, gourmet restaurants and shows!

There are year round festivals and entertainment located in the heart of Ocean City and its surrounding sister beach towns. My favorite is Nights In Venice where the yearly boat parade up and down the bay is something not to be missed!

The Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal is only a quick trip away where the fun, car carrying ferry ride will bring you into Lewes, Delaware. There a plethora of name brand & designer outlets are ready for you to shop till your heart's content!
