La villa está situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila llamada Bella Vista con impresionantes vistas al Monumento Natural de Los Ajaches y en el fondo se observan las playas de Papagayo. Está a sólo 15 minutos a pie de la hermosa playa protegida de arena, Playa Flamingo.

La Villa consta de 6 habitaciones dobles y 4 baños distribuidos en dos plantas:
En planta baja hay una cómoda zona de estar con TV (con sistema de emisión de televisión por IPTV (ofrece canales como Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 y 4, BT Sport 1 y 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 y 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 y 4 entre otros, que además ofrece la función de visualizar un amplio catálogo de películas).

Hay una zona de comedor con aire acondicionado y una amplia cocina reformada y totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, incluyendo horno/cocina, nevera/congelador, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, cafetera y otros.

En cuanto a las comodidades para dormir, consta de 2 suites equipadas con Aire Acondicionado, una con armario vestidor, 2 dormitorios con dos camas , y un baño completo, los baños con bañera/ducha, bidé y secador de pelo.

A la planta inferior se accede por unas escaleras que están situadas en la piscina y consta:

Amplio salón con Aire Acondicionado de 4800 frigorías, TV y consola XBOX ONE , con dos mandos, video consola WII con dos mandos . Zona de juegos con mesa de billar, Futbolín, Air Hockey y Diana de dardos electrónica. Un dormitorio doble con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales. Baño con ducha.

En el exterior hay una zona de comedor al aire libre muy privado con barbacoa al estilo canario que conduce a una hermosa piscina climatizada y un amplio Jacuzzi.

Máximo número de huéspedes 12 personas.

Fantastic villa, ideal for families, everything you could want for a great holiday, pool and games room was fantastic, hot tub was amazing too. Host Daniel was great, even let us put our suitcases on departure in his office all day, even took them down for us, overall great communication with property owner and manager, we would definitely book again, thankyou.

Great villa for 10 of us - met and exceeded our expectations. Having the hot tub was great for the windier evenings, the games room had everything you could think of. Plenty of space inside and out, very calm and private, and beautiful views. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing time, very relaxing. The villa was very comfortable the hot tub amazing and the pool was enjoyed by all of us. Daniel was very good when we had a problem with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms, it was dealt with very promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.

We had a great stay at the Villa, it's well equipped and comfortable. Pool is fantastic and there is a lot of space outside. We used the BBQ a bunch and the outside dinning table got a lot of use. The games room downstairs is a great addition, although it did have a bit of a smell. The place was clean enough, could have done with a deep clean under some of the beds. A couple smaller things that would have improved out stay are having a lid for the bin in the kitchen, and being supplied with some more toiletries like toilet paper. Overall though we had a great stay and Daniel was very attentive and a great host.

Lovely villa, within walking distance of a few places to eat. Pool and hot tub were great. Games room was good but a little smelly and I wouldn’t have wanted to be sleeping down there. Some new pillows are needed. The walk up the volcano behind the villa was lovely with panoramic views.

Great base for a relaxing break

Perfect place to unwind for 6 hard working friends. Enough space to have down time, good facilities for group time. We loved it.

Fantastic villa

The Villa was perfect. Games room downstairs was just great for our age range The villa was clean and the pool was perfect. A little way out of the centre but taxis easily at hand for 5 euros. A lovely stay and would recommend .

Amazing Villa

Spent 8 fantastic nights in this beautiful villa the owner Sonia was so helpful right from when we first made contact. Villa is stunning in a quiet location with fantastic games room downstairs for the kids very clean throughout. Everything you’d ever need for a wonderful holiday. Would recommend car hire. Definitely stay here again.

Great Villa, well equipped, very clean, games room, hot tub and pool are great additions. We had a couple of issues nothing major ( light bulb and power tripped) Which were sorted out very quickly. Only downstairs was no bars etc in walking distance.

Villa Carmen is situated in a quiet area with stunning views. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away. 35 mins walk into the main part of Playa Blanca. We made full use of the pool and hot tub and the games room was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carmen. As a group of 6 adults and 4 children the Villa provided us with all we needed. The pool and outside area is very well positioned with plenty of seating and sunbeds, the games room was a real bonus. The layout of the Villa is perfect for multiple families. It is very well equipped and usable.The communication from the start of our booking to the end was faultless, Sonia and Daniel were of great help and support to our group on our first visit to Lanzarote.We had such a great time that we have booked again for next year.Thank you for the memories Villa Carmen.

Playa Blanca Family Stay

Overall it was a most enjoyable stay. The villa was spacious, well appointed with attractive interior decor. It was very suitable for families of different ages having the swimming pool and the games room. Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the downstairs bathroom which came and went during the week and did affect the couple sleeping downstairs.

Family holiday

Yearly family holiday with my kids and grandkids Location was further out any expected Villa was nice lots of room to play Pool was good. Air conditioning not great Bedding very old only one sheet and one duvet cover with duvet in closet Outside could be cleaner Air conditioning not

Lovely break in a lovely villa

A lovely well needed break in the sunshine. Central to drive to either to the Rubicon Marina or Playa Blanca Town. The villa was spacious comfortable and in a secluded area. Perfect facilities and great to choose either the pool or the hot tub. The games room was fab as well.We loved it there and hope to return. Gerry was very friendly and really knowledgeable, about the island and made sure we knew how to work everything in the villa.It was great to be able to use the washing machine as well meaning i just had to unpack when we got home.
