An enclosed walled and decked patio garden to the rear and an enclosed lawned front garden with parking for two cars add extra appeal. A great retreat at any time of year for families or couples to enjoy the charm of the North Cornwall coastline. Note: The decking can become slippery when wet, please take care

Parking for two cars. Enclosed lawned area to the front of the property, private walled patio to the rear of the property with barbeque and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub within 15 minute walk. At night - don't forget to take a torch! Note: Stairs are a little steep with shorter than average treads.
