"A/Bay" beach is an easy three minute drive from the condo! Enjoy the palm-lined beach for swimming, snorkeling, diving and sailing charters, as well as SUP and kayak rentals. Enjoy a sunset cruise, experience a Hawaiian luau, snorkel or dive, play in the pristine ocean, or just relax and soak in the beautiful Hawaiian sun. Explore the peaceful ancient ponds that border the beach. Or enjoy a Happy Hour drink or dinner on the beach at A/Bay at the Lava-Lava Restaurant and Bar! We are located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort Development so there's a lot of activities to choose from!

🏊‍♀️ Your community salt water swimming pool is heated and large enough to appeal to the fitness lap swimmer and families alike. There are also two whirlpools, changing rooms, and plenty of privacy for relaxing and getting some sun!

This is the best VRBO we’ve stayed at in Waikoloa / Kona side of the island. The place was immaculately clean and all the amenities needed are in the condo. Our favorite spot is the lanai where we found ourselves just soaking in the island nature and reading our books. We also dined on the lanai and used the community bbq grill. The pool was perfect for those days we did not feel like heading to the beach. Jayne-your condo is paradise. Mahalo for being part of our wonderful memories created on this trip. Until next time

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It was a great location and a short walk to an amazing beach and shopping. We had all the amenities, and it was very well stocked (including a closet full of snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas.) All the rooms were decorated beautifully and set up perfectly for our family of 4 The host, Jayne, was wonderful and very communicative. One of our best stays yet!

Perfect spot for a Hawaiian getaway

Great stay

We had a great stay. There were some small things: tired fixtures, GFI outlets didn't work and ice-maker had issues, but overall the condo was well-stocked, comfortable and convenient.

We had a marvelous time for a full week with plenty of space for the four of us. The full kitchen helped save on food costs and the two balconies with a view of the ocean made morning breakfast special. The condo is clean and close to the pool and grills. We enjoyed the short drive to shopping and the beach. Definitely recommend.

Our whole experience here was great! Check in process was very easy and instructions well laid out. We had everything we needed to make breakfast every day. Beautiful views. Beach equipment. Great location. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

First Time to the Big Island

This was our first visit to the Big Island, and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we had so much fun visiting local beaches and exploring the island. Jayne was great to work with, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, and the residents were friendly. We will be returning to learn more about the island and will want to stay here if we can.

Beautiful

We had a great time at this property. Awesome location. Quiet grounds. The owner was very easy to work with. Would recommend!
