Perfect property! Had every amenity, and all the equipment for the beach was so appreciated! Communication with the owner was perfect as well. We loved it here, a quick walk to beach and pool. The beds were so comfy! Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location made it easy to walk to both the beach and the pool. It was comfortable, convenient, and a great place to relax while enjoying our time in Hawaii.

This condo is lovely and clean, just as the pictures show. The kitchen is very well stocked, beach towels and supplies are available, and the bathrooms are roomy. We loved the patio for meals and hanging out. The clubhouse was a very close walk for morning coffee by the pool. Check- in was easy, and communication with the host Dmitri was excellent. My only caution is that the beach is a good 10 minute walk away. Our daughter has mobility issues, and it was too far for her to walk, so we had to use her wheelchair to get to the sand. This would not be an issue for able-bodied folks.

Thank you for this review! We do need to clarify that for disabled people reaching the beach will obviously take more time, like 10 minutes or even longer- depending on their condition. Otherwise, however, it takes no more than 4-5 minutes with a regular walking pace. There is a paved path toward the beach on the side of Marriott hotel and this is the path should be taken by people with disabilities. This is the shortest path from the condo to the beach. Taking path via Kolea Beach Club will be more difficult for people with mobility issues and will take more time. Mahalo!

We had an amazing stay—easily 5 stars! The proximity to the pool and the Marriott was perfect, and we loved the big windows and how bright the space felt. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, plus tons of thoughtful extras for kids and beach/pool days. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condos are in a gated community which was very nice, the condo was spacious and had everything needed to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped to cook some meals if you wish. The club was nice, you could swim in the pool or get in the hot tub but also you could walk down to the beach, it was not crowded, the water was so nice. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Outside of the condos are two shopping areas, some restaurants and a really nice grocery store that had everything, including prepared meals and hot meals. You definitely need a rental car because you are approximately 25-30 minutes from the airport and Kailua-Kona, this is where you will find Walmart, Safeway, Longs Drugs, etc.

Great location, the condo is well stocked with nearly everything you could need. Proximity to the beach and access to the beach club facilities was definitely a plus.

Wonderful place - the pool, hot tub and beach were perfect. Pool is heated which is a plus. Property is gorgeous. Home is well cared for. It had all the amenities to make our week long stay as a family with 2 teen daughters easy, fun, and memorable. Easy walk to Kings Shops and Quuens Market Place. Host was kind, responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Dimitri was an excellent host! Loved his property, which had lots of useful amenities ... the espresso machine (our fav!), the insulated bag to keep our beverages cold and beach chairs were a few things that made our stay enjoyable!

We love to stay at Kolea and have been visiting every year for over a dozen years. This year we wanted a ground floor unit and this one worked well for us. One thing we hadn't considered about being on the ground was bugs - we were visited by a centipede in the kitchen once evening and a spider by the front door the next night. Both were removed easily. Perfect family vacation

The property is perfectly located, close to all things: shopping, beaches, hotels and great pool and beach area right at the property. Unit has great grass area out front, very comfortable beds and all the comforts of home to relax, beach and cook.
