Less than a 30 minute drive from Murcia International (RMU) and 1 hour from Alicante International airports, our fantastic apartment is ideally situated for a short transfer.
It is a 5 minute stroll from a wide boulevard which has lots of quality bars and restaurants, providing international cuisine. It is a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful long sandy beach and shallow warm waters of the Mar Menor. The apartment is also within walking distance of several supermarkets.
Perfect for families and couples alike, the resort boasts a long tree-lined promenade which has typically Spanish beach bars and restaurants. It is well known for its water sports due to the safe shallow waters and is close to numerous golf courses, ideal for a golfing holiday!
Our second floor air conditioned apartment has access via a lift or stairs. The ramps around the complex (including the pool and gates) make it ideal for any of our guests with limited mobility. The apartment is 110m2 in size, one of the largest on this safe secure complex. It is well equipped for your comfort to make it a holiday home from home. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, 12 setting dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine and electric oven & hob. There are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes providing ample storage. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with en suite bathroom and shower. The large, beautifully tiled family bathroom has a bath, with an over bath shower and screen. There are two other bedrooms, each has two single beds, which are movable. The open plan living area has a large dining table with 4 chairs. It also has comfortable seating to relax. We provide English and Spanish TV and internet access via secure Wi-Fi.
The balcony overlooks one of the three beautiful pools and has a SSW orientation. There is a gas BBQ, a table with 6 chairs . We have provided sun beds together with folding padded chairs.They can be used in the pool area or the down at the beach.
We have a high chair, travel cot and bedding for our younger guests.
You do not need a car to enjoy your holiday here as all amenities are close to hand. Why not hire bicycles to use during your stay? The local area is very flat which makes it ideal for cycling.
PETS WILL BE CONSIDERED AT OUR DISCRETION. PLEASE ASK

Lovely apartment, we stayed for two weeks it was a real home away from home and had everything thing we needed and it was very clean and spacious Location was great with easy access to all shops and bars with walking distance to beach.

The property we perfect, we was meet by Julie. She kept in contact with us for any problem and when we left something in the apartment after we departed for the airport, Julie went out her way to get it returned.. would 100% book again thanks to the great service from Julie.

Excellent apartment
Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex. Very clean and had everything we needed would definitely stay again. The owners where excellent from start to finish great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for letting us stay in your apartment.

SIMPLY PERFECT!!
What a fantastic time we had staying at this lovely apartment ,it was just perfect.
There was nothing at all that we could fault,
Everything we needed was so close by.
airport, shops, restaurants, and the lovely beach.
It was that nice we have booked again for next year.

We as a party of 5 were v happy with apartment. Plenty of space. Early check was a problem as there was horrendous weather. Julie did try to help us. Her husband brought us to a hotel to spend the day until our taxi collected us. Very nice couple. Sunbed’s were too heavy to be carrying up & down to pool. One was broken. Overall we had a lovely time. Our hosts left wine for us in the fridge it was very much appreciated. Would suggest a taxi number be put on the notice board

It was unfortunate that we had to enforce the 11am checkout time on the day when the weather was so awful. We do our best to accommodate a later check out when our guests have a late flight, however we had another guest arriving that day who, as you can appreciate, wanted to check in at the advertised time.
We also take on board your comments about the folding sunbed’s. It can be a problem to balance the need for them being sturdy with the weight.
We are glad that you and your party did enjoy your stay.

Excellent!!
Stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks in July along with my partner, son (2 year old) and other family members. Excellent communication before we went. The apartment itself was fantastic with lots of home touches - by far the best apartment we have rented in Los Alcázares. 3 pools to choose from and no problems getting space near the pools for the sun loungers. Air con was very much appreciated as it was a heatwave whilst we were there.

Puerto Marina in Los Alcazares
We are familiar with Los Alcazares but this is our first stay in Puerto Marina apartments. I can height recommend the apartments which are are secure and well maintained. The pools are lovely and always clean with plenty of room for sun beds. We had a 7 month baby and a 7 year old with us and our apartment catered perfectly for our needs…. The air conditioning in the apartment was a must.

Amazing Apartment
This apartment is in a great location and suitable for wheelchair acess, with a fully functioning lift and walk in shower.
The apartment is spacious, lovely and clean with a homely, cosy feel to it, with a great view overlooking one of the pools.
The beds were so comfy, great nights sleep!
It has a well equiped kitchen and working gas BBQ.
The owners have thought of everything you would need to enjoy your stay, and make your holiday stress free.
The outside facilities were fantastic, grounds well maintained, and everyone was friendly, just a lovely atmosphere.
Great communication with Gordon & Sue will definitely be back. Thank You.

Extraordinario
Hemos pasado 8 noches en este magnífico apartamento y todo ha sido perfecto.
Era nuestra tercera visita a Los Alcazares y sin duda es el mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado.
Esta en una urbanización privada cerrada y con vigilancia durante las 24 horas.
Dispones de 3 piscinas comunitarias.
El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos.
Tiene todo el menaje y la ropa de cama que puedas necesitar.
Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios para la playa o la piscina .
Tiene hasta un pequeño botiquin por si tienes algún percance durante tu estancia.
Los supermercados y la zona de ocio se encuentran a 5 minutos de distancia andando.
Si volvemos a Los Alcazares será sin duda nuestra primera opción.

Apartamento magnífico
El apartamento un 10 en todo, la urbanización preciosa por poner un pero la distancia a la playa. Para el verano quizá está in pelín lejos si se va andando
Pero es recomendable 200%

Excelente complejo turístico.
El apartamento cumple todas las expectativas, además de corresponderse con la descripción del propietario.
El complejo turístico es muy interesante, ya que dispone de varias piscinas, solarium y servicio de limpieza y seguridad es muy completo.
Muy recomendable, especialmente en estos momentos donde prima la distancia social.
La atención del propietario muy correcta, contestando rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas y consultas.
El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades y rápidamente te puedes sentir como en tu casa.
Muy recomendable.

Buen apartamento para vacaciones familiares
Nos ha gustado mucho este apartamento. Tiene 3 dormitorios grandes, 2 baños completos, espacioso salón, y mejor que nada un balcón con vistas a la piscina donde hemos podido ver los niños (8+, sabiendo nadar) bañándose. Muy cerca de las playas del mar menor, aunque requiere coche. Tuvimos todo lo que hacía falta durante nuestra estancia, incluyendo hamacas para la piscina/playa. Todas las piscinas en el complejo (hay 3) tienen zona para niños más pequeños, también.

Fenomenal, ubicación del apartamento, para supermercados, cafeterías, y hasta para la feria que estaba al lado.
Equipación del apartamento total, muy bien pensado y organizado para la familia.

Perfecto para la familia.
Muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario, incluyendo hamacas para la piscina y juegos y toallas de playa.
Tiene detalles para los huéspedes y el lugar es tranquilo y muy bonito.

Great Value
Very nice. Well appointed with all expected amenities. the manager was prompt and courteous. Proximity to supermarkets and restaurants much appreciated. Plenty of parking spaces makes trips out of the apartment and back less worrisome.
