Property is in an excellent location for ourselves centrally located to many golf courses. In the evening it is a 5 minute walk to 525 Plaza where ther is a number of bars and places to eat covering all budgets and also along the main road that you cross to get there.Property has everything required for self catering and the washing machine is outside located in cupboard, keys to it hanging up in the kitchen. There are literally 100's of clothes hangers so no issues with wardrobe space etc.

Excellent location for walking into Los Alcazares. House was spacious, quiet, comfortable beds and parking on the road outside was always available. The communal pool was perfect. Excellent communication with both owner and keyholder. We will be renting again.

Great winter break at Casa Lola. It had everything we needed and great comms with owner and manager. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and good location. We’ll be back!

Love El Divino

We had a lovely stay here. Love El Divino and pool very appreciated in the heat! So quiet and peaceful but close to all amenities. LookForward to returning!

We had a lovely stay at El Divino. The property had everything you need. Unfortunately the downstairs a/c was not working during our stay, however, this was beyond Andi's control and communication regarding this was good. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our holiday in El Divino despite the unseasonal storms, flooding and subsequent loss of running water for 36 hours. The owner was extremely helpful and arranged for water to be supplied to cover essential use during this period.

We had a lovely stay in Casa Lola on the El Divino complex.Accommodation was excellent. The pool is lovely and big. It’s in a great location for the 525 strip (about a 10 minute walk) there are lots of restaurants to choose from, most offering 3 course dinners. Fab communication with the owner and key holder.

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful holiday the house was lovely! it had everything we needed for our 1year old son,Andi answered any questions we had regarding the property. the pool and grounds was beautiful, you have everything in walking distance bars restaurants supermarkets and the beach! We will definitely be visiting again next year!

Great stay in beautiful home!

I stayed a month in Andrea’s lovely home. Oranges on the tree in the front patio and lovely views from the roof terrace. Fully equipped and the 5G wifi was a better signal than I have at home for working online! Great location and parking was no problem. Perfect for a sunny winter get away! Thank you for everything.

Nice stay

We had a very nice stay, villa is very spacious with everything you need, great comfey bed, good outside spaces especially the terrace off the bedroom, lovely pool areas, had a problem with the internet and there could be a problem with parking at busy times. Very good communication from Andi.

Hidden Gem

The house is lovely, very spacious and in beautiful settings. The roof top terrace gave great view of the mountain and agricultural lands. The gated community gives you feeling of safety. Very close to the 525 strip and supermarkets. A short walk in the other direction and you are in reach of the Spanish bars/restaurants and the Tuesday market. I would look to stay here again the next time we visit.

Our Easter break in Los Alcázares

We had a fab family holiday in Los Alcázares, staying in the 'Casa Lola' apartment. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 with a master bedroom and two twin rooms. The kitchen and living areas were perfectly clean and very well equipped. Location was good too, 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket and cafe. The old town is approx 15 mins walk away. The apartment complex is very secure and well maintained with two swimming pools to cool off in if the weather is hot. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning a visit to the area!

Peaceful, enjoyable stay

Great location. Nice house. Roof terrace and pool ideal for sun worshippers. Only negative was fans rather than air con (but air con was not advertised!) as the fans were a little erratic to operate. Owner and local key holder very responsive and helpful. location ideal, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and beach within 10 min walk. Bus stops near by to go to Murcia or Cartegena. Both worth a visit.
