Newly renovated apartment located at an unique location: Monti San Lorenzo, an unesco protected nature park in the town called Lerici. The view from the apartment is magnificent. You see the sea, golfo dei Poeti and the nature park

This apartment of approximately 100m2 sleeps easily 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, outdoor shower, big private terrace or approximately 100m2 and communal garden and swimming pool. So ideal for a big family or 2 small families.

Lerici is a scenic town with nice boulevards, beaches, restaurants, shops, cinema, golf club, tennis clubs, public swimming pool etc. The apartment is located in a quiet nature park, but very close to many attractive tourist locations in both Liguria and Tuscany.

In Lerici you are very close to the Cinque Terre (5 Terre), Parma, Genoa, Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Rappollo, Lerici, Tellaro, San Terenzo etc. But also very close to many attractive tourist locations in Tuscany, like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Forte Dei Marmi, Viareggio, Livorno etc.

In other words, a perfect place to relax, sightseeing and swim in the sea. Enjoy !!!

Distances to the airports: Pisa 40 minutes, Milan 2 hours, Bologna and Florence airport 1.5 hours.

Apartment with a view

The views were beautiful and entirely accurate from the listing! Casper sent detailed instructions to get to the house - probably would never have found it without them! Joke arrived shortly after we did and was helpful with how things worked.etc. The apartment was clean and spacious, and well appointed. We would go back again - specially as we know how to get there now!!

Lovely apartment with BREATHTAKING view!

My family and I had a lovely, memorable time at Casper's apartment. Nestled up on the hills behind Lerici is this brand new, modern and well equipped apartment on gorgeous grounds. But the apartment is not the best part. It's the breathtaking view from the large deck! Pictures don't do it justice. You will not be disappointed. Our only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer! Thank you Casper for sharing your home with us!

Idéal pour des vacances aux portes des cinqueterres!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement de qualité et bien équipé. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le golfe de La Spézia et de magnifiques couchers de soleil chaque soir. La résidence est un peu isolée sur les hauteurs de Lerici mais c'est ce qui permet d'être au calme même en pleine saison touristique. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le site des cinqueterres en bateau ou en train. Nous avons pu également profité des baignades dans la piscine et ou à la mer. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location en famille ou entre amis!

Prachtige accommodatie

Mooi en groot terras met een geweldig zicht op de baai van La Spezia. Je hebt er meteen een vakantiegevoel. Gebruiksvriendelijke keuken, goede badkamer en airco in de kamers. Enige minpunt is de toegangsweg die steil en smal is, maar ja, we zaten nu eenmaal hoog gelegen voor het zicht. Daar kunnen ze zelf weinig aan doen.

Superbe séjour !

Vacances au calme en pleine nature, idéalement situé à 5 mn de voiture de Lerici, Tellaro, ... très jolies villes pour se promener. Le port de Lerici permet de prendre directement le bateau pour visiter les Cinq Terre. On y trouve de très bons restaurants et des plages pour se baigner. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse est juste fantastique avec un point de vue sur la mer magnifique ! Merci encore à Joke et Casper pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse !

Prachtig en schoon appartement

Vooraf al goed contact gehad met Casper. Het appartement is schitterend gelegen, de foto's komen echt overeen met de werkelijkheid. Super mooi gelegen en keurig schoon. Ook de overdracht en communicatie met Joke was fijn. Wij verbleven daar met 6 personen en kunnen dit verblijf met gerust hart aanraden. Toppie!!

Beautiful apartment above Lerici

Fabulous property. Very modern furnishings and appliances. We particularly appreciated the quality of the beds. The kitchen is modern and has everything you might need. The terrace is very big, lovely outdoor furniture. The view down across the bay is amazing. The property is located up a very narrow and steep road. It’s about four kilometers to Lerici town and beaches.

nice stay in Lerici

We enjoyed our stay in Liguria - the appartment was big enough, clean and completely corresponded to the pictures. The terrace was great with beautiful views, however the pool coold be bigger. The road leading to the appartment is rather narrow, but the surroundings are calm and very relaxing. The manager (Ms Joke) was very friendly and responded to all our questions.

Toller Blick

Es war ein toll eingerichtetes Apartment mit genialem Blick. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber genau beschrieben und gut zu finden (schmale und steile Straße). Leider ist der Weg zu Orten und Stränden etwas weit, aber man kann zu Fuß gleich auf diversen Wanderwegen los laufen.

Nydelig leilighet og eiendom!

Herlig leilighet med flotte soverom og senger, pene bad og stor herlig terrasse. Fin pool i Hagen som deles med et par andre leiligheter. Beliggenheten er ikke i gangavstand fra strender eller matbutikker etc, så det anbefales å ha bil til disposisjon.

Traumwohnung mit gigantischer Terrasse

Wir waren als Familie zu dritt und hatten in Wohnung Nr. 3 entsprechend sehr großzügig Platz. Aber auch bei voller Belegung muss man sich keine Sorgen machen. Für italienische Verhältnisse ist sie sehr großzügig ausgestattet (Highlight: große Kühl-/Gefrierkombi mit Eiswürfelspender). Sie lässt sich individuell über drei Klimaanlagen temperieren (2x Schlafzimmer, 1x Wohnbereich). Eines der drei Schlafzimmer hat also keine Klimaanlage. Unser lokaler Host Joke (Holländerin) war jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank! Die im Titel erwähnte Terrasse wurde letztes Jahr entscheidend ergänzt: Das Dach der Markise fährt elektrisch aus und die Front, auf die am Abend die Sonne steht, lässt sich manuell schließen. So lässt es sich prima draußen aushalten, selbst wenn es heiß wird. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist unbedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die steile Zufahrtsstraße ist zwar geteert, jedoch in einem teilweise miserablen Zustand.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, freundliche Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten und Poolbereich sehr gepflegt und der Blick von der Terrasse bezaubernd. Den Pool haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt, weil es uns schon zu kalt war in den Herbstferien ;-) Der Vermieter war anwesend und sehr freundlich, zusätzlich hatten wir noch eine Ansprechpartnerin bei Fragen rund um die Gegend, wo man gut Wein und Olivenöl kaufen kann usw. Die Zufahrt ist auf etwa 1,5km sehr holprig und eng, aber wir kennen das schon und uns hat es nicht gestört.

Fantastique !

Nous avons passé 3 jours fantastiques : Equipements de luxe, literie haute gamme, sales de bain modernes et spacieuses et une grande terrasse de rêve avec la vue sur Lerici. En 5 minutes vous êtes au parking de Lerici, pour partir en bateau à Porto Venere et ensuite au 5 terre. Vous pouvez visiter Lerici avec ses grandes plages, les baigneur, les terrasses, les restaurants, la glace artisanale, etc. La grande classe pour ce logement, c'était vraiment mémorable. Merci à Casper Winkelman d'avoir mis en location sa maison.

Mooie locatie met wat opstartproblemen; kan heel goed worden

De plaatjes zien er fantastisch uit en eerlijk is eerlijk de locatie en het uitzicht zijn fantastisch en het gebouw ziet er aantrekkelijk uit. Ondanks de hitte was het binnenshuis lekker koel door de airco. De bedden zijn goed, het sanitair en het badlinnen is schoon en compleet. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, maar we vinden echter dat het huis nog (opstart)problemen heeft. Wat nu volgt klinkt als zeuren, maar ik hoop dat de eigenaar er iets mee kan. Het huis is nog nieuw (2 appartementen zijn nog niet opgeleverd). De uitrusting kan beter en completer; we hadden met 6 personen eigenlijk continu tekort aan servies en bestek. Op het (grote) balkon staat 1 parasol die beperkt schaduw geeft. Bovendien is hij vaak speelbal van de harde wind, waardoor hij niet uitgeklapt kan worden. Omdat het warm was, waren we dus overdag weinig buiten. Het zwembad is echt aan de kleine kant, zeker voor het aantal gebruikers. En nu waren nog maar 3 van de 5 appartementen verhuurd! Er is weliswaar een mooie stenen barbecue, maar de locatie nodigt niet uit om gezellig samen te gaan zitten. In de tijd dat wij er waren, heeft dan ook niemand daar gebruik van gemaakt. Het zou helpen als de ruimte rondom de BBQ beter wordt ingericht, bijv. met stoelen en een tafel en (als dat mag) een gazebo. De steile en soms smalle weg naar het huis is, zeker met een brede wagen, uitdaging, maar dat verhoogt het vakantiegevoel. Tenslotte, de beheerster Francesca was heel aardig en behulpzaam aan de telefoon, maar we hebben haar zowel bij aankomst als bij vertrek niet gezien. Dat kan beter.

Great, airy modern apartment with fantastic view

Short drive from Genoa airport (just over an hour). The apartment is situated in a villa up a tarmaced but steep, winding and uneven road (the turning is easily missed!). There are one or two houses nearby but it feels well off the beaten track - fabulous view from our very large verandah. The apartment is very well appointed - American Style fridge freezer with ice maker, induction hob, two lovely bathrooms and separate toilet. The beds are big and comfortable and the rooms are good sizes with hanging space. It was spotlessly clean. Joke - the owners rep was helpful and welcoming. The pool is quite small but otherwise excellent. The insect life was abundant in August - so be prepared to take the usual precautions! Lerici is a very pleasant harbour - with lots of restaurants. As you would expect the beaches are crowded and car access is restricted. Great country along the headland and further down the coast although this too was crowded. Best place we found was Savana - lovely town - Theatre Cafe did amazing cocktails served with copious amounts of "nibbles", lots of good restaurants, and was away from the crowds. Also made use of the good rail links from La Spezia - an hours trip to Pisa - and so cheap! Plus train ride to Cinque Terre - best way to avoid congested roads we were told. Also lots of boat trips/ferries from Lerici. Would like to visit off season to spend more time at the summer hotspots. Overall lovely relaxing break before our second week in the much quieter Asti region.

Prachtig appartement met adembenemend uitzicht.

Prachtig appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met enorm terras, van waar je over de hele baai van La Spezia kijkt. Zwembad wat aan de kleine kant, zeker als iedereen er tegelijk gebruik van maakt, maar voor ons gezin alleen voldeed het uitstekend. Mooie omgeving met kleine pittoreske dorpjes en strandjes en prima uitvalsbasis voor stedentripjes in Toscane en Ligurie.

Traumhaft schön - Erholung pur

wir waren 6 Personen in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Man kommt wirklich zur Ruhe und kann abschalten. Wir hatten unsere Kinder 3 und 8 Jahre alt sowie unseren Neffen 14 Jahre und meine Mutter dabei und uns allen hat es unglaublich gefallen. Die Terasse war ein Traum und durch die kindersichere Brüstung einfach toll. Die Landschaft ist für Wanderungen für klein und groß super und zum Meer waren es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Der Strand war sehr schön und das Städchen Lerici ebenso. Wir wurden von der Reinigungskraft Roberta sehr herzlich empfangen und falls wir Fragen hatten war Francesca unsere Ansprechpartnerin. Danke auch an Casper Winkelmann für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir werden wieder kommen Liebe Grüße nach Lerici Familie Drakidis

Great property

Great apartment great location only slight down side, was the access road but fully understand that the owner can do little to change that fact.
