The apartment has a prime location, right between the Gracia and Eixample neighborhoods and just 100 meters from Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalunya.
It is located in a building with only eight residents and has a private communal area with a pool.
The apartment is fully equipped and is ideal for a family or a couple who want to feel like they are in one of the best suites in the best hotels on Passeig de Gracia in Barcelona.
According to the conditions of our license and current housing regulations in Barcelona, groups of more than two people must be related (grandparents, parents, children, aunts, uncles, siblings, or cousins).
IMPORTANT:
The apartment has a tourist license, and operates in
a totally legal way according to local legislation.
Keep in mind that at least 72 hours before your arrival you are required to comply with the following legal requirements:
1. By virtue of current Spanish law all guests (including minors) staying in tourist establishments must REGISTER ONLINE before their arrival. We will send you a link some days before your trip to BCN so you can register digitally.

Perfect location!Walking to major Gaudi works, shops, restaurants. Excellent communication made check-in so easy- which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel!

The location is excellent, and the orientation when we arrived was outstanding. We were always confident that if there was an issue, it would be taken care of quickly. Highly recommended host.

The apartment was perfect! Felt like our home away from home. Katie was very helpful with the check in and Lluis responded very quickly to any of our texts. Perfect apartment for 2 or a small family of 4

Can’t recommend this property enough!!The host was super responsive, provided wonderful restaurant, grocery store and shopping locations. Property was quiet, very well located and clean!! We will be back!

Location, location, location….perfect location for exploring the city. Lots of close by delicious restaurants, great shopping nearby, easy access to all of the cities attractions. Had a great stay!

We had a fab stay in the the apartment. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect position for visiting the main sites. It was particularly well placed to explore Gràcia, which we loved!

great location
The accommodations were comfortable, clean and located in a great neighborhood. The communication with the host was also very timely and helpful.

This apartment has a great location, close to everything, stores, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Comfortable and well appointed.Air conditioning worked well on both floors. The pool access is a bonus! Would stay here again.

Lovely apartment, great location
Really comfortable place in great area. Excellent restaurants within two minutes walk & all the main sites easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Yearly Visit
Clean, bright apartment in a fantastic location. Quiet street, wonderful neighborhood! Very good two week stay and can’t wait until my next visit. Check in was friendly and easy, communication with Luis very good, much appreciated!

Perfect Stay
Dad and teen girls had a perfect stay. Location was A, apartment was exactly as advertised if not nicer. Great pool for a late afternoon dip, with sun and shade. Friends stayed at a nice hotel nearby, and they all agreed this apartment was a much better option. Owner and manager replied immediately and were great to deal with.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful place for 11 days. It was absolutely perfect for us: we walked everywhere—especially Gràcia and L’Eixample (one only needs a taxi or public transport to get to Park Güell, the Joan Miró museum, Barcelona’s). We loved that it had a washer/dryer, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable bed in the primary (firm and supportive, with great pillows). Despite being mid March, we didn’t need heating at all, and in fact kept the window open in the main bath for additional cooling at night. The sweet balcony overlooks the best ice cream shop, which we frequented. There is an elevator to get to the apartment, very convenient with luggage, but you must be able to climb a few stairs to access the bedrooms and primary bathroom (not an issue for us). Communication with the owner, Luis, was outstanding, and he even arranged for a taxi to pick us up in the very early morning to take us back to the airport at the end. All in all, fantastic stay, and we will definitely book this place again when we return.

Regarding public transport there is also the Diagonal metro station nearby the flat.
p.s.: we do agree that best ice-cream of the city are just in front of the apartment ;)

Pleasant stay in Barcelona
An excellent location and comfortable apartment in Barcelona. Check in was very smooth and informative. It would be an outstanding apartment for a couple. It was still excellent for our family but our kids were a little cramped in the secondary bedroom.

Terrific appartment
It was our first time in Barcelona, we quickly settled in and felt at home. Everything we wanted to do in the city was in walking distance, and the metro and train access was very convenient. Highly recommend!

A beautiful apt across from best gelato in the city!
This is an excellent property that is well decorated, comfortable and in a most convenient location for shopping, restaurants and historical sites. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. The kitchen is extremely functional and overall I highly recommend the visit for a couple or a small group.

Enjoyed our stay
Great location, nice, well equipped apartment. The welcome staff was very accommodating. The pool area could use a bit of cleaning up to make it nicer but I realize this is a shared space with the other building residents and not the apartment owner’s responsibility.

The pool area is effectively a shared space. On an informative level, in summer the pool maintenance company comes 3 times a week.
As there are trees and plants in that area, there are always some leaves inside the pool but the water is always perfectly treated.

Location Location Location!
This contemporary flat is within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, high end shopping, countless bars and shops. As a bonus you can catch a taxi 1/2 block away at the hotel, but we were able to walk most of the time. Lovely and helpful hosts and property manager.

Location location location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our la Vila de Gràcia stay and would definitely repeat in the future. The location is perfect - a quiet street just steps away from 2 of the most visited streets/locations in BCN. The hosts were lovely, the check-in process seamless, and amenities were comfortable. Two thumbs-up as they say!
