This Plaza Single Family Home has been totally remodeled with the short term client in mind. Home offers fully furnished Large Living room and Dining room with Fireplace. Kitchen has Stainless Steel, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and built in Microwave with all accessories for dining and entertaining. Two (2) Queen sized Beds in each Bedroom with newly remodeled Bathroom. 3 TV's. Washer and Dryer. Bathroom has a walk in Shower for easy access. Off street parking for 3 Cars. With a exterior Deck for entertaining.

We loved staying here - it allowed to spend more time together than staying in hotel rooms would have. The house is cozy and the communication from the hosts was great.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Always clean and comfortable and a very easy walk to the Plaza. Now with the streetcar, all of the entertainment districts are in reach without worring about a car.

The hosts were responsive, the house was stocked with pretty much everything we could need, and was so close to everything in the central KC area. We will definitely return!

This Home is owned by Husband and Wife that own multiple properties in the Kansas City Market. We both grew up in Kansas City and know the market very well. The Home you will be staying in was purchased because of the proximity of the Country Club Plaza location. We wanted our clients to be able to enjoy the Home plus be within walking distance of the Plaza are Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment.

Property has all Hardwood floors with nice sized rooms with a lot of natural woodwork. The Home also has excellent off street parking. The Country Club Plaza area is the Gem of Kansas City and to be within walking distance of the area is a bonus. Downtown Kansas City Missouri has had a Renaissance over the last 8 years and you will be only 12 minutes away from the Sprint Center, Kauffman Performing Arts Center and Power and Light District.

We tried to make this a Home a second Home for our Family. We put in the best technology with Google Fiber access for internet and TV's. You will have a separate Desk area with High speed access to do work or play. You will have comfortable Furniture and Beds to use and everything you would ever need in the Kitchen to prepare meals. Bathroom was remodeled with a large walk in Shower for easy access. Washer and Dryer is available for your use.
