This Plaza Single Family Home has been totally remodeled with the short term client in mind. Home offers fully furnished Large Living room and Dining room with Fireplace. Kitchen has Stainless Steel, Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and built in Microwave with all accessories for dining and entertaining. Two (2) Queen sized Beds in each Bedroom with newly remodeled Bathroom. 3 TV's. Washer and Dryer. Bathroom has a walk in Shower for easy access. Off street parking for 3 Cars. With a exterior Deck for entertaining.

Cozy home with fenced back yard

This was an excellent stay for our family over Father's Day weekend! We went to the Royals Game & the fenced back yard was an excellent place to enjoy dinner outside with the family & our pups. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit earlier so that was nice after a long trip on the road. We would definately stay here again when we come back to KC!

Great Little Place!

This is the place to stay if you want to be close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment in the KC area. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Love, love loved it and will definitely stay agin when we return to the KC area

Country Club Plaza Getaway

This is a great house for a Kansas City getaway. Walking distance to the Country Club Plaza and conveniently located for getting around town. The off-street parking was a plus and the hosts were very responsive. So many fun things to do and so much good food to eat. We can’t wait to go back.

Great launching spot!

We stayed at the property to attend a concert at the Power & Light District. The beds were amazingly comfy! The next morning we walked to get coffee at Front Range, grabbed incredible subs at Bay Boy and went to the park and then had an amazing dinner at The Westside Local. We have family that lives in Kansas City so this is our new place to stay.

Very nicely restored older cottage in Great Location

The house was very nicely restored and updated, but with the character of an older Kansas City cottage. It is in the best location, within walking distance of the Kansas City Plaza shopping area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking for renters and their guests. I would highly recommend this property.

Cozy home

Very comfortable home. The house was furnished with everything we could want. Our dog loved the yard. The hosts were very responsive. We would be happy to visit again.

Stairs

The house was clean, comfortable and great for mobile people. Not for seniors. Stairs are very challenging. Front and back stairs. Basement stairs are also challenging. I chose this house because it was one story. Stairs were more challenging than expected. Like I said the house itself was nice and clean. Location was also great.

Wonderful

Great house, clean, close to everything, communication was top notch. Shower was wonderfully pressurized, comfy bed, love the cuteness. Floor boards were squeaky but who can help that. Parking lot was great too!

Great Place To See KC

We would do this again next time we're in Kansas City. It was easy to get around - our main destination was in North KC. Our miniature schnauzers loved all the space, the neighborhood was a great place to explore and walk the dogs, and the neighbors we met were very nice. After traveling for the past week, it was lovely to have laundry facilities where we could take our time.

A Gem in Kansas City

My wife and I are repeat visitors to this VRBO. It is cozy, clean,and the location couldn't be better. Parking is never a problem if one stays here. We can't say enough about this place. One can walk to the Plaza. Great restaurants are minutes away,too. We came to town for a concert at the T-Mobile Center, and it is just minutes away. The house is clean! We can't say that enough. The hosts allow pets, too, and for us, that is a plus. We always travel with our dog. This is a gem in KC. Book with confidence! Great place!

Quaint, clean and good location

Property is as described- very clean, well appointed kitchen and great shower in bathroom with good water pressure ; communication with property manager was easy and efficient; appreciated the coffee pods and convenience to have a washer/dryer. Walkable to the plaza that had an abundance of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend the property.

This Home is owned by Husband and Wife that own multiple properties in the Kansas City Market. We both grew up in Kansas City and know the market very well. The Home you will be staying in was purchased because of the proximity of the Country Club Plaza location. We wanted our clients to be able to enjoy the Home plus be within walking distance of the Plaza are Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment.

Property has all Hardwood floors with nice sized rooms with a lot of natural woodwork. The Home also has excellent off street parking. The Country Club Plaza area is the Gem of Kansas City and to be within walking distance of the area is a bonus. Downtown Kansas City Missouri has had a Renaissance over the last 8 years and you will be only 12 minutes away from the Sprint Center, Kauffman Performing Arts Center and Power and Light District.

You will have a separate Desk area with High speed access to do work or play. You will have comfortable Furniture and Beds to use and everything you would ever need in the Kitchen to prepare meals. Bathroom was remodeled with a large walk in Shower for easy access. Washer and Dryer is available for your use.
