Beautiful 2 Master Suite bedroom, 2 bath condo! Located on the 9th green of a gorgeous 27 hole golf course. Steps from the country club, tennis club and spa, this desert escape sits feet away from one of 32 pools and jacuzzis throughout this gated resort. Morning sun and afternoon shade on the east facing patio provides a comfortable outdoor environment.

Come and stay for a relaxing weekend or an extended vacation in this desert paradise. Historic downtown Palm Springs is just moments away with outstanding restaurants, shopping, bike paths and more. We'd love to have you stay!

The unit includes 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with brand new kitchen appliances, natural gas BBQ and patio furniture on the shaded patio, full laundry, cable TV, stereo, new furniture, carpet and new tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. High speed internet access also provided.

Guests have club house privileges and the access to discount golf packages at the pro shop.

Location: Located just 5 miles from downtown Palm Springs, you are just minutes away from over 100 golf courses, Palm Springs International Airport, Cabazon Premium Outlets, several casinos, fabulous restaurants, aerial tramway, movie theaters, including the I-Max Theater, museums and horseback riding.

Peaceful and relaxing is how I would describe our stay at Rob’s condo! The condo had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. The bedrooms with attached baths were the perfect layout for a girls trip. Rob keeps his place super clean and stocked with every essential you need. My friend and I are already planning a return trip. Great location and easy navigation to various areas. Seriously this was so much better than staying in a hotel!! Beautiful grounds and very secure. Super great response time and communication with Rob. Thanks for a great weekend away!!

Safe, convenient stay

We only needed to stay in Palm Springs one night, but this was a great alternative to pricy crowded hotels, more comfortable and just as well located.

Really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and appears well-maintained. Excellent for golf getaways if you’re so inclined,. Would definitely rebook.

Excellente accommodations!

My parents and I came with my daughter and we had an excellent stay. Easy communications with the owner, perfectly equipped and clean. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in the desert.

Fabulous! Terrific value! Lovely Palm Springs-themed decor. Kitchen and linens well-supplied. Very comfortable and quiet. Patio seating on golf course fringe. Host Rob responded quickly to booking and was very patient while we fumbled with lock box (Tip: box front panel opens at the top. Duh). Disappointed this unit wasn’t available for our next visit. Highly recommend!

Very Relaxing!

We just stayed just one night but wish we could have stayed more. The views and location are wonderful. The manager was very easy to contact and very helpful. I would definitely visit again, and recommend this location to others.

Calm and relaxing

Very nice and peaceful with beautiful sunrise views. The set up was perfect for two adults with the two en-suite bathrooms. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location & comfortable accommodations. The layout of the condo is great. Nice fruit trees. Some repairs needed. Exterior handle on one of the outside slider screens missing. Front door screen needs a new door closer. Lights on the patio not functioning. Did not use barbecue but there is smoke damage on the wall behind the grill. It would be nice to have some kind of key chain on the door key.

Lovely place for a family visit

My family and I very much enjoyed Rob’s condo. Lots of room and fully equipped. A supermarket is right outside the resort’s gates. The unexpected highlight was when my granddaughter was able to hand her daddy a cold beverage when he was on the ninth hole right outside our back porch! Hope to stay there again later this year.

Great condo, perfect for 2 couples

This location was perfect! The kitchen had everything you need to cook, plenty of towels in the closest, and roomy for 4 people. The only thing dirty was the carpet but we wore inside slippers so no big deal. I recommend this condo to others....

Great Stay

Rob’s place was perfect for myself, my husband and our adult daughter to celebrate Christmas! The condo was very well set up and super comfortable. The location was terrific and just a short drive to the grocery store and downtown Palm Springs. There were hiking trails just ten minutes away which we took advantage of on Christmas Day. Also, the condo was very quiet. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Palm Springs area.

The condo was immaculate, very cool (it was 121 degrees outside) and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and easy. Our family had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Lots to do

Great complex. Many activities. We enjoyed golfing. I had a massage at the spa which was great. We really enjoyed drinks and meals in the clubhouse. Handy not to have to drive anywhere. The property is very well taken care of. The beds & pillows were comfy, as was the living room furniture. Very enjoyable stay.

Three Seniors

My parents and aunt stayed two nights. Both bathrooms were attached to the bedrooms. A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms worked perfectly. Kitchen was well supplied and the living room was lovely and felt like home!

Amazing place!

Amazing place! We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home. The check-in/out procedure was easy and the place was super clean. It was quiet and the views were amazing. The swimming pool/hot tub was <30 seconds walk from the bedrooms and there was ample parking spaces just outside the front door. We took my mother in law with us and she couldn't stop talking about the place on the drive home. We will definitely be using this home again. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Definitely 5-stars.

Great!

Property was beautiful! Would definitely recommend! Our only complaint is that it wasn’t properly stocked with toilet paper, tissues or dishwasher detergent. Also dvd player was not working but not a big deal.

Anniversary getaway

We stayed 6 days. Enjoyed the condo especially sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Shower was awesome and can’t be taken for granted. Bed was comfy. Kitchen basics were provided. Renters need to bring soap and shampoo… not provided. Place was clean overall. Only recommendation, carpet will need to be replaced soon. Would rent again. Thank you!

Palm Springs, CA stay

Love the space. But the ceiling fans weren't working properly and one of the remotes batteries were dead had to balance on a bar chair to reach chains ceiling on fans with temperatures outside of 98 degrees. Some of the amenities are at the lower end. This shouldn't be for a property of this type.
