I had a wonderful 5-day stay here. Waking up to that stunning mountain view from the living room was a real highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use, and the furniture throughout — including the bed — was extremely comfortable. Host Kirk was very prompt with any return on questions. It was very nice to have a garage to park in during the summer heat, so the car wasn't baking when I got in.Thanks so much. Hope to stay again.

This is a very nice property. The description is accurate with a beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains. This is a spacious 1 bedroom and has a good spacial energy. Its easy to get comfortable. I also like that it has 2 bathrooms. My husband and I got to have our own bathrooms. I give this property 1 ding on the cleanliness because the inside of the refrigerator was not wiped down. The linen and towel cabinets were a little bit in shambles but I didn't mind so much because it gave me something to do while sheltering from the demonic desert heat. We haven't had a chance to talk to the host since everything was so easy checking in. I would stay in this place again in a heartbeat. Hopefully not in the summer.

We had a great stay here. Cleanliness is always our priority and this property was very clean. It is also well-stocked with towels and kitchen amenities. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and simple. The community is quiet and picturesque. We already booked another stay with Kirk.

The condo was lovely and very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. My host was very responsive to any questions I had. I brought towels to use at the pool, but there were some already there. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our return visit to Kirk’s property ! The condo was ‘spotless clean’ , and We always enjoy the tasteful furnishings and upgrades . This is our favourite view of all the places We have stayed over the years…just beautiful . We were able to upgrade the Wifi while there ….. our only disappointment is that it has already been booked for next February .!

So sorry to hear about the issue with the spa. I contacted the HOA and this is their response: Pools/Spas are cleaned on rotation, Tuesday through Sunday. There are 34 pools/spas, so there are only so many cleaned in an 8 hr day. Pools are triaged based on need and the worst will be cleaned first.
