This cabin in the woods was so beautiful and yet so cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable with soft sheets. You can tell the love the owners have for this property - so warm and inviting and it was fun to see all the photos from their world travels on the walls. Great shower, great internet, fully stocked kitchen- everything we could want or need. Hope we can come back again soon!

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Seward and Kenai!!

We absolutely loved staying at this wonderful cabin! It was so comfortable and well stocked with everything wneeded! The hosts were terrific!!

Peaceful short and sweet stay!

We loved the house, location, views, ease of communication with the property manager… the list goes on! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and would stay again in the future!

Great location near Moose Pass

Great base for exploring Seward and other Kenai locations. Beautiful location with great views. Everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! This cabin was spectacular- incredibly clean, cozy, and gorgeous inside and out! The host thought of everything to make our stay perfect!

The place was perfect for the 3 of us, comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. The cabin had everything we needed and the welcome snack of smoked salmon was outstanding. Matt our host was great. 5 stars.

Lovely little cabin, midway between Anchorage and Seward. This was a great location for us and the cabin was so quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the lovely view out the window while sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. Check in process was smooth and the host communicated well and was available if we needed anything.

For clarity for future guests, we’re not exactly midway between Anchorage and Seward — we’re about 34 miles from Seward and 80 miles from Anchorage, so we’re considerably closer to Seward. We hope that helps visitors plan their trips!

Fabulous home in a stunning location

We absolutely loved our stay in Moose Pass! This home is perfect for couples or a small group. Sitting outside on the outdoor deck enjoying the views of the mountain was one of the highlights of our trip. If you are visiting this area, don't hesitate and book this now!

Quaint and beautiful

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean and well stocked. We all love the pictures of the host’s travels and the views were spectacular. If we ever get back to moose pass will stay again.

Thid cabin has everything we were looking for and needed when it comes to comfort and had a great view of the mountains from the breakfast area. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The hosts were very helpful and easy to get in contact with. No issues at all. We had an amazing time!

Moose Pass

Great property- located near main roads but far enough away that you feel as though you are in your own private oasis. Owners are super and offeredsuggestions on where to hike. The smoked salmon welcome plate was delicious!

Kenai retreat

Quiet. Watch mountain goats from windows and deck. Very retreat like feeling. Great central location for exploring Kenai Peninsula. Kitchen good and well stocked. Friendly hosts met us both ends of stay.

The house was very clean. The kitchen is stocked better than most restaurants if you are cooking in. It literally is a home away from home. There is everything that you could possibly need on vacation. The owner had a fire in the wood-burning stove going for us when we arrived since there was a nip in the air and he even came over another day and started one for us after we had come back from a long boat ride. The property is absolutely breathtaking. You can sit on the couch in the morning with your cup of coffee and watch the mountain goats on the nearby mountains with binoculars that are provided. Communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend renting this beautiful home. I know I will recommend it to friends and family and will definitely rent again if we come back.

Great place to stay

The house was very cute with lots of privacy. The owners communicated very well with us, and even left us some smoked salmon and crackers. The washer was broken but they offered to pay for us to go to the laundromat. Overall just great people and great place. Would recommend.

Stunning!

Our family of four had a relaxing week at this wonderful mountain retreat. The views were stunning! Matt and Lana are exceptional hosts and we loved seeing the pictures on the walls from all of their amazing world travels. We did some fishing in the Russian River and also on the ocean out of Seward. Wonderful family memories - very highly recommend!!!!

Kenai Peninsula Gem

In researching places to stay while visiting the Kenai Fjords National Park, this house checked all the boxes, but our stay her completely exceeded our expectations. Matt was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations and shared some delicious food with us. The house was small, but spacious and had everything we needed and then some.The views from each window were great and so beautiful. I honestly wish I could stay longer! We will be back at some point to explore more of the area!

Simply Amazing Home Away from Home

We came here for our Honeymoon and it was the perfect home away from home. Everything we could have ever needed was available to us and if we needed anything further the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Our trip went without a hitch. There’s nothing we would have changed about our stay. It was the perfect location, day trips to each place we went too with lots of hiking nearby as well. Everything was clean, operated well and the bed was so so comfortable!!!

WONDERFUL Alaskan stay!

This beautiful, cozy home was more than what we even hoped for! It was so comfortable and the location was just INCREDIBLE! Matt & Lana were amazing hosts, available & happy to help if we needed anything.but there was nothing missing. We had all we needed & more! THANK YOU! morein their behome!
