We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful 😍, the views were breathtaking! The property manager NESS was awesome! We plan to visit again!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful view of the south Florida Stranahan river/ intracoastal waterway and Atlantic ocean from the master bedroom and balcony! Night views are breathtaking and the condo is top notch with a great location. Ness, the host, is welcoming, timely and professional.

Great property with amazing view

The property was just as it was portrayed. Modern and clean with an amazing view. Beach was only a short walk and had plenty of room despite being a busy week. Ness timely responded to all questions and was a great host.

Great stay 5-10 min walk from the beach

This stay is perfect for 2 couples who want to be close (but not directly on) the beach. The 2 king beds and full bathrooms were luxurious. The walk to the beach was not bad, and takes 5-10 minutes depending on the drawbridge and traffic lights. The view was great, and the rooftop was nice. We ate at the Hyde restaurant called Tarrazas and it was amazing! There are some other great restaurants in the area too. The only issue we had was with the elevators in the building (which was not too bad most of the time). There are only 2 elevators for a 33 story building, which is on the designer and is not at all the host's fault. Some tips if you are having a hard time: try to check in early if the host allows you, or later after 5:30-6. It was almost an hour wait on Monday at 4:30pm because of everyone checking in and coming off the beach. Try to go down to the beach early, around 9:30 or 10 to avoid elevator traffic. Also, since the condo is on the top floor, pressing the up button makes the elevator come faster because of the way elevators are programmed :) Overall great stay and the host was super responsive! Thank you!

Propriétaire a l’écoute des clients et très facile à rejoindre. Il s’assure qu’il ne manque rien et s’il y a un problème, il s’en occupe.

Enjoy the View

We found the condo to be a wonderful get away. The views from the bedroom and living room were outstanding. We spent many hours on the deck. The condo was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. There were no dish towels, sponge, hand soap, or dish detergent. While the condo was enjoyable and our floor was quiet, the rest of the building was full of partiers. The elevators were quite miserable. We waited up to 20 minutes each trip to go up or down. Beach chairs were not as listed. We were told by Esteban Chair Service the service was moved farther down the beach and the chairs were no longer red. While we were able to get chairs, the walk was longer and there was no separation between regular and VIP.

Thank you for your review. I’m glad You and your group enjoyed the apartment. We do leave soap, a sponge, and laundry detergent under the kitchen sink. In our conversation over the phone I explain to you that I did purchase the items and I’m not sure whether the cleaning crew mistakingly took it or missed placed it but I was happy to go and purchase anything that you needed however you declined and said it was fine you already purchased it. I also want to mention that you came during the busiest time of the year 1. It’s spring break and 2 it’s Miami music week one of the busiest festivals in sounth Florida. So it is completely out of our control who is staying in the building and how many people are checking in and out. The elevators can get very busy due to the amount of people staying in the building during these busy times. We always recommend to avoid the elevators between 11 AM checkout time and 4 PM check-in time. But please remember this is out of our control completely. Lastly the beach chairs Are on a first come first serve basis and yes the beach can get crowded. I will make sure to update the color of the beach umbrellas in my description as the is something that just happened recently. Great views!

Overall this property is a very nice place. Views were very nice as everyone attests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had most of the basic necessities. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach was nice. Also Ness was always timely in his responses when required. One thing I would mention that I didn't see mentioned by others before is that the beach chairs/umbrella service is about a quarter mile walk down the beach from the drop off point. Not that big of a deal but that wasn't clear in anything I'd read. Also, you need to bring towels from the property to the beach, they are not available at the beach. Again, no big deal but it isn't stated anywhere that I'd read. Pool is a bit small and chairs were taken every day by 9:00 am, so if you plan on spending time at the pool you need to get there early. Again, this is a very nice property and I would stay again, but it would have been nice to know some of these things ahead of time.

Priceless View

The condo was beautiful, with ample space for 4 people. The view was spectacular. Very clean, upscale unit. Ness provided great communication and support during our stay. We look forward to the opportunity to return for a future stay.

Amazing Place, not to be missed!

What can I say, loved this place, modern very clean apartment, conveniently located near great restaurants and walking distance for food shopping and basic necessities. Ness was an excellent host!, attentive, responsive, helpful, courteous and easy to reach which made the whole experience a whole lot better and brought it to the next level! And…, did I mention the AMAZING VIEW no matter what time of the day. Being able to enjoy our meals on the terrace with the beautiful view made it priceless. I would definitely come back! Thank you Ness for being such a great host.

Great views!

This property has great views of both the intercostal waterway and the ocean. It was easy/convenient to get to the beach from here. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent property with gorgeous views!

This penthouse is spectacular! Ness is an excellent host and really cared about us having a good visit. The views from the balcony are stunning any time of day or night. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

Overnight stay

It was nice a little Smaller in comparison to The pics but still beautiful. I loved the scenery.

Exactly as advertised

Ness, the property manager was extremely helpful prior to our stay answering questions, facilitating an early check in and promptly remedying the one small issue we had.. The pictures accurately reflect the unit; however, the view is even better than the pictures. We will definitely be back...

Views!

Ness was an amazing host! He was very attentive and courteous during our stay. His generous accommodations were greatly appreciated. The place was amazing with stunning views, as shown in the images. We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend.

Amazing condo and view

This condo is just amazing. The view is spectacular and could have just sat on the deck the entire time. The condo is modern very clean and comfortable. The owner was so responsive and helpful. We came in on a red eye in the very early morning and he went the extra step to get us into the condo much earlier than check in. The pool at the condo was really nice and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Easy fun shuttle ride to the beach. Great convenient location. Overall great stay and hope to stay here again.
