Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the 9th floor. Located directly on the beach in Breakers East gated community. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your private 30ft balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

Fully furnished kitchen.
Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity.
Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; queen mattresses; cable TV.
Second bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity.
Living room has flat screen cable TV/DVD, queen size sleeper sofa
Full size washer/dryer in the condo.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

We loved our stay at Breakers East!! The condo was excellent and clean. (And I am very judgy when it comes to cleanliness) the balcony view was perfect. I also loved that we got chairs and an umbrella with our rental. Would stay again!

Our party of 7 very much enjoyed our stay in Destin. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The beach chairs with umbrella was a very nice addition. We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. I would definitely recommend it for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Carolyn was the best host! Our condo was clean and cheery. We loved our balcony where we ate our meals and listened to the ocean. The beach chair and umbrella service were perfect!! We had a small issue with the tv remote but Carolyn was so helpful in solving it for us. I would highly recommend this condo and if we return to Destin in the future we will rebook this unit.

Stayed 7/8/26 to 7/16/26. Wish could have stayed longer. Will always book with Breakers East. This was our 3rd time to stay at Breakers East and we absolutely love it!! Everything from the booking to the check in / check out was so easy. The host was superb!! The location was perfect and the rooms are amazing!!! Close to lots of shops & eating places. Large condo with plenty of room right on the beach. Facility always clean & staff very nice/professional. Facility size is perfect / not too small but not too big causing over crowdedness to beach area. Beach view was amazing & our unit included 2 free beach chairs & an umbrella set up each day. Definitely recommend!!! 10/10.

This was our eighth time renting a condo at Breakers East, and this was definitely one of the nicer units we’ve stayed in.Having beach chair service included was a really nice bonus. We were especially impressed with both bathrooms, which have been beautifully updated, as well as the kitchen. It was one of the best-equipped kitchens we’ve experienced in a rental, with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and even accessories for outdoor grilling.The only areas we felt could use some improvement were the living room furniture, which could probably be updated, and the master bedroom curtains. It would be nice to have a blackout shade or curtain behind the existing drapes, as the morning sunlight was extremely bright.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Breakers East #905 again!

A trip to remember.

This was the BEST Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It was so nice, clean, and honestly perfect! The view was breathtaking! We will most definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic vacation. I booked last minute and Carolyn was so helpful. The condo was perfect. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The condo was just as advertised. I would most definitely rent again.

Wonderful spring break

My parents are older with health issues and wanted one last trip to a beach. They had never stayed in a condo and were so happy. This was a wonderful memory for our family!

Wonderful condo!!

Loved this place. This was our first time to visit and Breakers East did not disappoint. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite was the giant island. We will return for sure!!

All you need!

The condo is very well equipped for those who prefer to travel light. Everything you need is there. Perfect location to Shops, Restaurants, and places to have fun. Yes, a great view of the beach from the balcony. Private access to the private beach was great, over crowding wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay here again, if available, when I return to Destin.
