Loved our stay here! Very clean and well-maintained condition. Thank you for the extra towels. The pool was nice, just short walk to beach. It was so nice not to be on a crowded section of beach. Host was very responsive. Check-in out easiest I’ve ever had! We will be back!

This condo was perfect! Great location! It was perfect to see the Gulf and still close to the ground floor. The communication was great and check in was a breeze. The place feels very homey. It is probably the biggest condo we have stayed in for the price. The beds were comfy and it had everything in it to make our time there great. The complimentary chairs and umbrella at the beach were a great bonus as we have always had to pay extra for that service. We will definitely come back to this condo.

This condo is spacious, clean and cozy! We had everything we needed for a great vacation! We absolutely love the Breakers ! It is a nice, quiet, well maintained property .

You guys made it so easy from booking to check-in process and all our other needs! Well kept condo, felt very homey and the pool/shuffleboard! Lovely Mother Daughter Get Away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 4 day get away with three teen daughters and two moms. What a treat! The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The waters are beautiful touquoise blue, clean/clear, and powder sand beaches. The umbrella and two chair set-up was wonderful - we purchased an extra umbrella one day - super easy and accomodating. We eased into our mornings with beach walks and coffee on the terrace overlooking the beach and skies. Close to restaurants, easy to prepare lunches and late night snacks in our condo. Lovely expereince. We took an afternoon trip along 30A, walked to dinner on the beach one night to the Back Porch and really enjoyed the location of being right on the beach to refresh and recharge. Thank you for making this so easy.

Spring break family trip

We loved the property, the beach front view was amazing! Loved the carts outside to help bring your stuff to your condo, so nice. We will be back.

Best experience ever!!

Our stay could not have more perfect. The view was like a picture postcard. Amazing !! We saw dolphins severel times from our balcony. We felt very safe in this area. Appreciate the kitchen amenities. The traffic on the main road is heavy but that goes for anywhere you stay in Destin on the ocean. We would definitely stay again. The beaxh is insanely beautiful. And perfect.

It is very comfortable, and we feel like we have come home when we stay there. Had several maintenance issues, but they were resolved literally within minutes. Couldn't be more pleased.

Review

The condo was in a great location and very spacious. The balcony was the best part with a beautiful view. The only negative was that there were too many codes to remember in order to be keyless. There were four different door/gate codes. I would stay again.
