Guests are welcome to enjoy our community’s amenities—including pools, lakes, beaches, tennis courts, and basketball courts—with the purchase of a community wristband. Wristbands are just $10 per person for the entire stay and can be added at the time of booking or purchased directly at the pool. Children 6 and under are free and do not require a wristband.

Our guests rest in comfort in this Pocono Mountain Oasis, each with ample space for privacy and relaxation after long days of enjoying the beautiful outdoors. Four spacious bedrooms have been elegantly designed and carefully furnished to ensure a memorable stay for all. Each room has its own air conditioner to keep you comfortable for uninterrupted sleep on 100% organic cotton linens.

The master suite is a stunning room with a king-sized bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom. The lofty space is filled with natural light from the glass doors and high windows, and the classic furnishings give a polished feel. The large bed is framed by an upholstered headboard and two bedside tables.

The upstairs queen-sized room embraces the home’s elegant design with the use of wood furnishings and steel finishes. The bed rests upon a sturdy wood frame with a matching headboard and side tables. The stylish chandelier positioned above the bed and two modern bedside lamps brighten the room with a warm glow.

The home features two large rooms with queen-sized beds and twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for families traveling with kids. The third room is on the second floor and takes on deeper wood tones for the queen bed, bold headboard, and side table furnishings which are complemented by the light-colored linens and simplicity of the space. Warm lighting breathes life into the space for an overall charming feel while a metal framed twin bunk adds the convenience of sleeping another two comfortably.

The first floor features the second large room that sleeps four, with a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk. High-quality furnishings make this room very comfortable for our guests with a layout that's ideal for kids and young adults.

We also provide the convenience of a baby monitor for your stay, ensuring peace of mind and comfort for you and your little one.

The home’s three bathrooms are well designed to cater to large groups so no one is ever waiting in line for a shower! Each luxurious bathroom has porcelain-tiled heated floors, natural toiletries for your convenience, and 100% organic cotton towels.

The master bedroom’s ensuite is both a modern and functional space, featuring a single vanity and large walk-in shower with luxury stainless steel fittings. The home’s full-sized laundry space is also a part of this bathroom, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

The secondary bathroom features a walk-in shower. A single vanity with elegant cabinetry, and a drop-in sink complete the space.

The third bathroom located on the second floor features a spacious double vanity with dual mirrors and a large combination bath shower. Stylish tiling and fittings are continued from the other bathrooms for a chic finish.

The kitchen coffee station will ensure everyone can start their day off right and help keep you ready for the next adventure.

The spacious living room is bright and airy thanks to the lofty ceilings, large windows, and skylights that allow the natural light to flood in. The plush cushions scattered over the comfortable sofa create the coziest place in the home to kick back and watch your favorite shows or sports as it faces a stunning wall-mounted 75” 4K TV with Netflix.

A spacious dining area completes the heart of the home with a large ten-seater solid wood dining table with a beautiful living edge top. Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house during their stay, except for two locked closets in the office. We encourage you to use the entire property, including the main living area, games, hot tub, outdoor patio, fire pit, and laundry machine. This home makes use of self-check-in and a Smart Lock system for your convenience.

Our beautiful community offers the following activities and amenities for guests to enjoy and make use of during their stay ($10 per guest over the age of 6)

This is a dog-friendly home! Please note, however, that dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional cleaning fee.

The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Other things to note
✹ The home is located in a gated community. First & last names of each guest is required to gain entry into the gated community. If names are not submitted at least three (3) days prior to your arrival, entry into the community will not be allowed.
* Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you’re interested in using the pool during the off-season, feel free to send us a message, and we’ll be happy to discuss availability!

Rules:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Absolutely no outdoor music or speakers at any time, including Bluetooth or portable ones.
- No shouting, partying, or gatherings that exceed the number of registered guests.
- Windows and doors must remain closed if music or TV is playing indoors.
-The township and neighbors actively monitor noise. Violations result in:

* Immediate termination of your stay without refund
* Township fines (up to $1,000 per incident)
* Permanent ban from booking with us again
