Located in West Dennis on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, only 1/10th mile walk on quiet neighborhood road to private beach and South Village Beach. Great for families. Duplex rental - sleeps 6 with full bath and outdoor shower, central air, washer/dryer, gas grill, wifi. Only one side of duplex is rented. Fully renovated, bright, open concept with vaulted ceiling. Swan River and Nantucket Sound views. Weekly rentals available from Saturday to Saturday. No pets please.

Better even than advertised.

Great location. Ample parking. Well appointed. Awesome view! Not the fault of the property though that we happened to stay during a very humid week and no A.C. that would be my only very small complaint. I am spoiled. We plan to revisit this property in the future with very little hesitation. Oh yeah, the owners, Mike and Cathy are excellent!

Amazing Experience

I wish I could add photos, because the ones on the listing do not give the true beauty of this location. We have been staying in the Dennis area for years and this is truly is a hidden GEM. The interior is clean and updated and the back porch overlooks the Swan River as well as the ocean. We can't wait to go back.

Awesome owners and super clean and updated condo

this is our second time in this neighborhood and the beach here is awesome! This house is super clean and updated and the owners Mike and cathy are great people. They were great at communicating, especially during the tornado that hit while we were here.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Perfect location!!

My husband and I stayed in this spacious three bedroom cottage with our two boys (ages 6 and 7) for a week in July. What an amazing location and an even better place to call home for a week! The cottage itself is beautiful and up to date inside, very well maintained and has every possible amenity your would want including paper goods, spices, cleaning items/towels, games and DVDs for the kids, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beautiful beach, the local fish market, some great breakfast shops and restaurants. The backyard was perfect for sitting out after a long day at the beach, doing morning yoga and/or just sitting and enjoying the ocean view. Our kids LOVED the beach - it was the perfect mix of entertainment (tons of crabs, fish, and waves) and relaxation for us parents (white sandy beach and lazy waves to drift on). The outside showers were the best - I honestly don't think we ever used the one inside. We cannot wait to return to this rental next year!!

Great location, outstanding house.

We had a wonderful time with family; great location, and outstanding house, close to everything. Owners were extremely responsive when we encountered a Wifi outage and it was fixed within a day!

Nice house in a good location

We enjoyed our vacation in West Dennis. The house was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed. The only thing I'd really add was a little toaster oven. Our little guys enjoyed playing in the yard and the view was nicer than I thought it would be. It's not oceanfront, but we could actually see the waves crashing. It was great to take showers outside after the beach so we didn't have to worry about getting sand all over everything. The biggest negative was the low-level hum made by the special device the septic system required (I guess it's necessary because the water table is so high). My husband is very sensitive to noise so we had to close the windows when we slept. We liked the owners, who were helpful before we left and friendly when we got there. As a side note, I suggest trying the "hot dog" stand down the street - fairly inexpensive (for the area) but good food and a nice variety on the menu. Be warned, their fried dough is huge.

Wonderful rental!

We enjoyed our stay and will probably rent here in the future. Rental is immaculate and has many amenities. Close to beach and beautiful views from patio. Owners are wonderful to rent from.

West Dennis Cape House - Perfect Beach Vacation

We have rented at this location for years and keep coming back. The house is clean, well furnished, modern and has a fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor patio with gas grill is fantastic with views of the river and ocean. Wonderful meals have been enjoyed watching the sunset. The outdoor shower is fantastic! Short walk to the beach. Near good restaurants and attractions for the kids.

Owners Michael and Kathy have been renting this property since 2002 with the goal of extending their hospitality to new and repeat Cape Cod visiting families. They have kept the property fresh and clean with constant upgrades and renovations.

We have been coming to the Dennis area of the Cape since we were kids! As adults we rented in the South Village beach neighborhood as a young family and fell in love with it. The kids loved the beach and Swan River entrance which is great for shells, skim boarding, kayaking, and playing in the warm waves of the Nantucket Sound. When we were ready to purchase our own house it was an easy decision to buy in this area!
