We had a fabulous weekend, property very central in Holt, with added bonus of parking, only thing needed are more instructions for the upstairs shower to get the right temperature, kitchen well equipped. The stairs are steep but not many of them, also there is a night light on landing to help you not fall down stairs!! Try the coffee shop next door too, serves tea & coffee plus lovely cinnamon buns

Had a last minute short break in this very cosy cottage , has all you need for your time away , located near to Holt centre with ample restuarants and pubs nearby .all in all a great place to stay.

Lovely little cottage in the heart of the town

Great location with the added bonus of parking and a bottle of wine on arrival was greatfully recieved.

Great area right in Holt with lots of places to eat. Ten minutes from lovely beaches and a cosy tiny cottage. The bunks were a bit small for adults but fine for children.

A few days away for a wedding.

It was an ideal position for visiting Holt. Cottage was just what you need for a few days away…it has everything you need.

A very nice place to stay. Lots of nice local places to eat. Great shops, especially antique shops if that's your thing. All the rooms was clean, and well equipped. One point of warning, if you are tall, bring an helmet. Best part, off street parking.

Perfect location for getting to the coast for walking. Loved sitting out on the little patio to eat dinner. Fabulous coffee shop next door and everything you need - shops, supermarket, restaurants a few minutes’ walk away. Driveway is tight if you have a very big car.

Very quaint cottage and well equipped and clean. Very central in Holt with lots of lovely independent shops. The stairs are quite steep so had to be careful as we are older! It was quite cold one evening so had to turn on the heating and it got warm really quickly which was lovely. Had a bit of a job to connect the wifi as old information given but was soon rectified with a call to David. Parking rather tight for our car but we managed ok. A glorious rose on the wall outside, (wish I knew its name. ) All in all a pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Cosy cottage

Lovely little place, spotlessly clean,only parking for one car but there is free overnight parking straight outside on road,Holt has everything you'll need,ideal for a base to explore all the coastal towns.Communication with the host was quick and accurate, highly recommend for a great holiday.

Great location, well equipped cottage

Fantastic location. Appreciated all the useful touches for children including night lights, bunting, teddies and games. Well equipped kitchen. And a super quiet street considering how close to the town centre it is. All you need from a holiday property.

Great location

A lovely base to explore the area, great location. Lots of info on restaurants and places to visit nearby. A nice complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice little treat. Parking space was fine for our ford eco sport, could see it being a bit tight on some larger vehicles. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great location

Property was lovely and comfortable, had everything you needed. Great communication with Chris. A lovely gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival. Brilliant location in Holt, driveway small but managed to get small family car on there. A short drive to the beaches. Would recommend

Lovely cottage

Located in the beautiful town of Holt. Lovely cottage. Very clean with everything you need. Good communication with owner. Quite small driveway but got used to it. Will definitely stay again. Thanks

Easy check-in , fabulous location in town. Nice main bedroom . Comfy bed lovely linen , towels . Cleaning could have been better . Under cupboards in kitchen full of cobwebs. Nice to receive a bottle of wine on arrival. Attention to detail on cleanliness would have been an added bonus. ( I do have a cleaning business so more critical I suppose ) Off street parking a definite bonus but post and gate needs removing to make bigger .

Well Cottage was perfect. We are a mid 70’s couple and used to our creature comforts. All the essential amenities were provided and plenty of them. We loved Holt and enjoyed all it had to offer. Great staying so close to the town centre- we ate out every night and only used the car to visit other places during the day. Thank you for everything, Chris.

Pleasant cottage in Georgian town

Just right for younger family. Full of character.Tight stairs for the less able. Tight parking but i did get an suv in the gate, just.Holt is enchanting.

The cottage was lovey , clean central to everything. The only probs were booking it as I couldn’t down load ap on my tablet .And the parking space for the cottage it’s very small and if cars are parked in bays opposite it was very difficult to manoeuvre car through entrance into a very tight space . No problem if cars weren’t parked.

short stay at Well Cottage

We were looking for accommodation for a short stay near the N.Norfolk coast, and know Holt from previous visits. Well Cottage was ideally placed within walking distance of all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking onsite was a bonus, although space is tight. There is also on-road parking from 6pm until 8am, and then a further1 hour before you have to move. The cottage has everything you need, including 2 bathrooms, but do be careful of the low beams on the stairs if you are tall. The coffee shop next door was a real little gem as well.

Lovely little find! We had a lovely stay at Well Cottage Ideally situated in the centre of Holt and with easy access to other parts of north Norfolk Plenty of shops , bars and eateries in HoltThe cottage was very comfortable with a lovely large double bedroom, a single room and downstairs is a room with bunk beds Two shower rooms, one with a bath We did find though that the parking space was quite tight so really only suitable for small or mid sized car Ours wasn’t easy to park but there’s plenty of parking nearby We managed to park directly opposite on the restricted parking bay but we have a blue badge so no issues The only other thing to note is the stairs are quite steep so be careful with small children. Otherwise just perfect! David was quick to respond and very helpful I think we will be back again
