Located in the Brant Point area, it is a short walk to Town and Jetties Beach. This light and bright house is newly renovated. Interior: Enter into an open and spacious living and dining room with fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and hardwood floors. To the left of the living room is a bedroom with Queen bed and private bath with shower and stack washer/dryer, also accessible from the kitchen. To the right of the living room is a Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom. Full bathroom. Kitchen has great counter space and glass fronted cabinets. French doors lead to a great outdoor covered porch with a gas fireplace good seating. Stairs down to brick patio with gas grill and outdoor dining area. There is an outside shower.
