Beautiful Waikoloa Beach Villa - Summer Dates on Sale!

Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with hardwood floors throughout. It is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is an end unit with windows on all four sides, 17-ft high living room ceilings and no one above or below you. Having a bedroom and a bath on each level provides additional privacy. We furnish free high speed WiFi and 3 flat screen TVs. The 55" HDTV in the living room is WiFi enabled. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas was awarded the Certificate of Excellence Award. Perfect stay

We had a wonderful time in this condo! It was perfect for our family of four. There are plenty of beach toys/chairs/towels that made our trip very easy! There are so many cool beaches within a short drive that you won’t have to visit the same one twice. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Condo review

The condo was ok. Since we mostly just slept there, I was able to overlook some flaws. However, the place is in need of several repairs; laundry room doors, drawer in kitchen, door shelf in refrigerator, and other small things. Furniture/decor would help as well. Overall, our 1st trip to Hawaii will not be our last.

Great base for island adventures

Perfect spot for our family of five to stay. Grandparents plus our 5mo. The pack and play was easy to set up and there was a high chair if needed. Lots of beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards. Very close to the family pool as well. Would stay again!

Lovely Villa in Waikoloa Village

Jim's place is exactly as listed if not better! It's quiet, comfortable and has all the goodies you might need to enjoy the area. The location is great, and the communication with Jim and the property managers made our stay smooth from booking to check-out. Was a pleasure!

Perfect location to beaches, restaurants, shopping and hiking. Plenty of room in the condo, beach chairs, umbrellas. Great kitchen with accessories. We were very sad to leave.

Beautiful condo in Waikoloa

This condo was perfect for our family. It is clean and comfortable, with a nice lanai, which was perfect for eating breakfast. The kitchen has lots of amenities, so cooking and BBQ was convenient. We really enjoyed the boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, etc provided by the owners. Great location near beaches, shops, etc.

Grad Getaway

To celebrate my daughters graduation from high school we took a trip to the big island. This was our first time staying in Waikoloa Beach Resort. We loved the location of the condo, all the beach stuff (although some of the umbrellas were broken), overall cleanliness was good, good amenities, closeness to pool was nice, and the AC was spectacular! Condo does show wear, but that didn't bother us. Overall, it was a very comfortable condo and the set up was perfect for our group. We would book this condo again in the future.

Perfect home away from home!

This place was wonderful for our family vacation in Hawaii. Plenty of space for myself, husband and 3 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and dishes. We were so grateful to find a closet full of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. Just steps away from the pool and close to shopping and beaches. The area is beautiful and quiet in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again in a second for future trips to the area.

Clean, comfortable, and stylish

Our 12 day stay at Jim's place was great. The condo was a perfect base for exploring Waikaloa and the Big Island. Our kids loved the pool and we all appreciated coming back there after the days adventures. Even though there wasn't a beach that was within easy walking distance, there were countless beaches within a short drive.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at the Wikaloa beach villa. Jim was easy to get hold of and his housekeeper and staff at the villa were very helpful to answer any questions. The house is well stocked with all essentials, and we also found great equipment for our toddler to play in the beach and build sand castles with! It is a nice property and we enjoyed the kids pool. Some of the good beaches are about 20-25 minutes away, but that was fine with us.

Great quiet location

This condo had all the amenities that you would need. Beach towels/umbrella/chairs/coolers/boogie boards. The location was A++. Too far of a walk for us to A Bay and shopping but who cares. 😊 Loved the fact that you didn’t have anyone above you. Truly a quiet area. Thanks Jim for the use of your property.

Lovely Villa in Waikaloa

This Villa is clean, comfortable, and has the little extras which will add to the enjoyment of your trip. We really appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards and tennis equipment. The nearby pool was a welcome treat, and we used it everyday. The Villa is centrally located to give you access to great snorkeling, beaches, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the large number of farmers markets and local artists in the Kona, Waimea and Hawi areas. Don’t miss the Manta dive. Had a great time, thank you.

Home away from Home!

Our condo had everything we needed in order for us to relax and feel right at home for our 10 day stay. We love the quiet, well taken care of property. The owners are super friendly and quick to respond to our inquiries. We snorkeled the many beaches (every day) with many of our favorites approx 20 minutes away from the condo, played tennis on the courts, swam in the nice pools, used the great bbq area and shopped at the Queen's Shopping center. We can't wait to come back!

Well Equipped Family Home

This is a lovely family friendly home away from home. This was spacious and comfortable for myself (age 62), my daughter(44) and 2 grandchildren(10 &14). It has a well equipped kitchen and laundry. I was impressed with the supplies for beach activities including beach chairs coolers and snorkeling gear. It is a 2 minute walk to a family pool. It is a short drive to shopping, restaurants and numerous beautiful beaches.
