To Book your dates:
My calendar is ALWAYS up to date.
To reserve your dates, click on the "book it" button and follow the instructions. The site will offer you the option to purchase damage/protection ins. This option is completely up to you. The system is very user friendly.
You will then need to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay for the deposit. The first deposit is a $200.00 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you after your stay. This payment will reserve your dates for you. If you are booking under 30 days from your dates, then you will need to pay in full.
The final payment will be due 30 days prior to your stay and you will receive a reminder when the pay date is due.

About the Condo:
This a beautiful light and airy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a direct oceanfront view that is amazing. It's like being on a cruise ship on land.

I have just purchased this condo in March 2016. This is my third purchase in the building so I now have one, two and three bedroom condos.If this one is booked take a look at the one or three bedroom I have.

This condo is located on the 5th floor. It's not to high and not to low. You will love the private oceanfront balcony. You can also park on the same level as my condo and walk right into the condo avoiding the elevator and making it so easy to take your luggage in.
New for 2020: Remodeled with new porcelain (hardwood floor) look, new couch, new paint and refirgerator etc.
*The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed, TV with cable and a full a full bathroom and a large closet.
* The second bedroom features 2 very comfortable queen sized beds with a large flat screen TV and closet.
* The kitchen features a large kitchen table. I supply more than ample supply of dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender and more.
* The family room has beautiful beach views, a large TV, sleeper sofa, comfy side chairs and heavily lined drapes.

The Camelot has many great features as well:

* Attached parking garage with free parking.. no walking across the street with your luggage.

Very nice condo. Plenty of room for four adults and two children. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Perfect location on beach and related to shopping and dining. Couple of issues which the host remedied promptly.

The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. Floors left feet dirty. Place could use some maintenance and a little more decor. We had a nice time.

Garbage disposal didn’t work and there was no cold water in the kitchen sink, messaged the owner and didn’t get any response. Noticed the sinks had a slow drain and after several days noticed a smell, ended up having to unclog the sink. Pans need replacing. Air vent was right above the stove and blew right on the units so it made it hard to regulate the temp of the pans and wasn’t very thrilled about having that air blow down right on your food. Showers do not accommodate tall people. All in all it was a pretty ok place, just needs some updating in the kitchen.

Location was prime. Spectacular views. Parking was excellent. The unit was sizeable. The ice maker was awesome. There ends the love. The kitchen was listed as fully stocked. However, this did not meet our understanding of fully stocked. We reached out to get clarification on 'fully stocked' before arriving, but we never heard back from the owner. The kitchen DID NOT come close to fully stocked. Additionally, we incorrectly expected to have beach towels, frying pans that were not warped, a working garbage disposal, pot holders, kitchen towel(s), zero smell of mildew, a functioning MBR TV remote, spatulas that didn't need to be replaced, clean silverware drawer, clean showerheads, a mattress that didn't feel like a bouncy house, clean comforter, a balcony floor free from years of ignored pigeon poo and a couch that wasn't cringe...but that was our fault for having incorrect expectations.

The beach view is beautiful and as described. We had a wonderful time enjoying all the amenities. The free parking and same floor accessibility to the condo is a real plus. The pools and hot tubs were great and especially the Lazy River! This place is centrally located with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean except for the floors. But, hey, we're at the Beach!! There was a coffee pot and a Keurig which was so handy. Our only regret, which has nothing to do with the condo or our host, was that we made the mistake of booking during Bike Week. It was very noisy. Our host was great. She was very responsive and ready to help. We definitely would book with her again. Over all, it was an excellent experience!

Pros: The views from this condo were wonderful. It was also close to many great restaurants and stores. The boardwalk is close enough to walk to easily. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very quiet and the host was responsive to questions. The washer and dryer in the unit were handy and there were many beach chairs and a couple umbrellas to use on the beach. The parking was tight, but really convenient as it was right on the same floor as the condo. Cons: The condo does need some repairs/updating. This might be due to our stay being closer to the end of the season though. The cold water in the kitchen sink was not working and neither was the garbage disposal. It looks like there was likely a water leak under the sink and it was turned off. The condo smelled very musty as well throughout our whole stay. Not sure if that is due to the humidity or something else. The couch needs to be replaced and was not very comfortable. There is no option for secure wifi and we just had to use whatever wifi we could connect to in the building and it was not very strong. I rewashed the sheets on my kids beds because there was sand in them prior to them even getting into bed. The master bedroom sheets were fine though. Overall we had a great stay, but there are some things that could be updated in this condo to make it a much better stay,

Great location!

Our first trip to MB in years. Condo was centrally located and could walk everywhere. Amenities were great and parking on same floor as condo an added plus. The views from the condo were beautiful.

Perfect location

Had a wonderful stay with friends. Susan the host was truly accommodating location was perfect for beach boardwalk and Broadway at the beach room was perfect for the 4 of us.all the amenities of being at home. Looking to go back again next year!!

Great Location

This was a trip for my daughters birthday. The weather was perfect, we were in walking distance to so many restaurants, and 5 minutes from boardwalk on the beach. The parking was great and the best part was sitting on the balcony watching the ocean.

Nice stay

Great location. Comfortable bedding. The water pressure isn’t the greatest but it gets the job done. It could use a little TLC. The owner was very accommodating. Walking distance to the shops. Parking is great. It sleeps 8 so for the price it’s pretty decent. Balcony is big and overlooks the ocean. Overall 8/10

Spring Break Getaway

This property is exactly as described. Overlooking the beach every morning was breathtaking. This condo is close to many amenities and is a quick ride to Ripken baseball and Broadway at the Beach. Susan was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend!

Great location

Condo is in a great location, but there are only 4 small pots to try and cook in and none of the dishes were very clean, the condo itself could use a good deep clean and there is minimal water pressure if you got lots of hair good luck. The pool, hot tub, and beach access are great, extremely close to the boardwalk and good views!

Great Place.

We loved our stay at the Camelot by the Sea. The 2 bedroom/bathroom was perfect for our family of 4. The room was clean and the location is ideal. Close to lots of good restaurants and entertainment. The hotel in general could use sprucing up, but it was fine. The only negatives are poor Wi-Fi signal and water pressure on the shower. Not deal breakers but something in 2024 that’s more essential than treated. Overall, Susan was awesome and we loved our stay. Will stay again in the future.

This is our third purchase at the Camelot by the Sea. We also have 1 bedroom (listing 251517, a 2 bedroom (this one) and a three bedroom (listing 588273). I also have 2 1 bedroom located right next door at the Breakers Paradise resort.

We know you will love our condos as much as we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The Camelot by the Sea is simply one of the best locations in Myrtle Beach. You will wake up every morning to the beautiful ocean views and be on the beach in less than a few minutes. You can walk to restaurants, many attractions including the boardwalk, the convention center, grocery stores and shopping. Broadway a the beach is just a mile away. There are also many golf courses just short drive away. The Resort has indoor outdoor swimming pools, 2 generously sized indoor/ outdoor hot tubs, a tiki bar, a state of the art oceanfront workout room. There is a Dunkin Donuts located in the building as well as a Starbucks across the street. There is a fishing Pier just 2 blocks away you can walk to with a great oceanfront restaurant .You really can't beat the location.

The views are amazing! It really feels like you are on a cruise ship! Most everything you will need during your stay is here. I have a a drip coffee maker filters, coffee creamer, lots of pots and pans, cutlery etc. While it may not be your deciding factor when choosing places to rent, you will appreciate it once you are here. Come and stay with us and I can assure you will be happy.
