Perfect holiday villa

The property had everything you need. Perfect villa for a holiday although would have liked to have been told it is a residential area and there are building works going on.

Beautiful private villa, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, large kitchen with alot of cutlery, many good locations to hang out in and around the villa. Pool heating is an extra and will be recommended in winter months. Place was clean, with clean sheets and towels. Private garage is also nice.

👍 Great location close to shops and bars, it was like a home away from home in a lovely quiet reaidential area, everything you could need for your stay. Lots of outside spaces to sit out. Could not fault the kitchen and all the appliances and accessories. Lovely pool once it heated up, very safe for young kids. Great bbq area. Responsive staff. Would definitely stay again. 👎 A little bit dated and tired in places and could do with some modernisation. Took a long time for the pool to heat up. Swing set missing the swings. One of the hairdryers and toaster weren't working.

Nice house in a private, silent neighborhood. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Just some doors of rooms/ shower cabins did not closed properly. Also WiFi was not good. No connection in the first floor and quality in ground floor was not always the best too. We used the house as our base for our road bike trip which was perfect : location and facility wise. Also communication was super easy.

Carlos' place was spacious with clean rooms. It included an amazing private pool. Unfortunately, this was a too little cold to swim in later in the year. On one night, we had a barbecue by the pool; it was very fun. Nevertheless, it was great . It has a nice cosy living room with a television and there was a big garden. Location is great if have a car. Only 3 mins to GC-1.Carlo's team was responsive in communications for our request (brush for the BBQ). Check in in person was welcoming and flexible.

👍 Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, alles sauber und gut bestückt, z.B. bei den Küchenutensilien. Sie ist gut zugeschnitten, d.h. die Schlaf-und Badezimmer liegen jeweils direkt nebeneinander. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind ausreichend vor Ort und Taxifahrten so günstig, dass man sich den ohnehin unzuverlässigen Bus zum Strand oder nach Playa de Ingles sparen kann. 👎 Einziger Schwachpunkt: Der Pool ist zwar überdurchschnittlich groß, dessen mit sehr hohen Zusatzkosten verbundene Heizung allerdings schwach. Das bedeutet, dass es ca. 48 Stunden dauert, bis das Wasser die versprochene Temperatur erreicht hat. Wir baten das Büro, dafür zu sorgen, dass das Wasser warm ist, wenn wir ankommen, aber trotz Zusage war die Heizung am Anreisetag noch ausgestellt.
