Special Rates-Enjoy Hot Springs in Our Colonial Williamsburg Reproduction Home

Our lovely Williamsburg reproduction home is a prime spot to enjoy beautiful Hot Springs, AR. This 4 BR 4.5 Bath is just minutes away from Magic Springs Water and Theme Park, Oaklawn Park and Historic Hot Springs National Park. We can sleep 10 people.
Meals can be prepared in a fully equipped kitchen and served at a large tiger maple dining room table or on the farm table in the breakfast area. The kitchen includes a gas stovetop, double ovens and an island to use for prep.
The main level of the house includes the kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, sunroom, living room, master bedroom and bath, library/office, wood burning fireplace, laundry room and powder room.
The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and bonus space that sleeps 2.
Wireless wifi, as well as intercom/monitoring system is available through the entire home.

We highly recommend using the Cancellation Protection insurance policy available through VRBO to insure the best travel experience.

Convenient to Hot Springs and Hot Springs Off-road. Plenty of space for our jeeps to park and our people to unwind after long hours on the trails. Well stocked kitchen and other household items available.

The host was so welcoming and the house was perfect for me and my family. All the rooms were clean and comfortable and the A/C works great!! I mentioned to the host that I was a soccer fan and I was going to miss the England vs Argentina World Cup game the day we arrived. The host went out of his way to record the game for me so I could watch it later that night. That is hospitality at it's finest! I would absolutely recommend both the house and the host to anyone who's considering visiting Hot Springs!

Fully stocked kitchen, lots of spaces for sitting and visiting. Plenty of space for eating areas. Hosts were easily accessible to answer questions. Quiet locale. The outdoor fire pit was nice. Beautiful colonial style home. Would use again.

An amazing weekend, host was absolutely amazing. Even though our situation changed over the weekend, they were so accommodating.Love the character of the home and location was beautiful.

The photos on the site are an accurate representation of home. The host David met us at the home to greet us, provide a tour and answer any questions. There was plenty of room for our group of 7. The home was very clean and the bedrooms were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water which is a concern when traveling with a larger group. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils we needed. The fire pit would be a great perk in cooler weather. The home was a short 7-10 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs. The location on the east side of town made it convenient for the group members that wanted to golf. I would be happy to stay in David's home again if I travel back to Hot Springs with a group.

The house was wonderful. Plenty of space and plenty of towels, blankets etc for everyone to be comfortable. The home was clean and had everything you could ever need for a getaway. Only recommendation would be a way to get in without meeting the host and maybe an extra garage door opener. We had two families staying and one of us had to drive 20 minutes to go back and open the garage for the other then go right back to where we were. Other than that it was perfect stay and the host was extremely kind!

I'm sorry that you had to make the trip to let the rest of your party in. We provide a house key along with the garage opener to allow access to the house through the front door in case the garage is closed. I apologize if you were not made aware of that. We will make it a point to emphasize that to guests in the future. The house was very charming and felt like home. It had everything you could possibly need. Being only seven minutes to downtown Hot Springs made it perfect.

Wonderful Home!

Our family enjoyed this home so much, so clean and charming! We had enough room for all our family and grandkids, close to downtown Hot Springs and Magic Kingdom! Hope to stay here again.

Family Vacation
