Woodsy Lake Retreat

Nestled in a pine forest with 90 feet of frontage at the end of Birchwood Bay on beautiful lake Hamilton Arkansas This unique 4+ bedroom 3.5 bath is close to Oaklawn Park Horse racing and Casino, shopping, Garvin Woodland gardens, mineral baths and so much more. The home sleeps 10 friendly and has sit down meal seating for a dozen or more. For those of you who need an office, there is a great space overlooking the back deck and the lake. I prefer staying here than my own home.

Our host was very nice and prompt on getting back to us. Our stay was great, the hot tub was nice. The house has everything we needed and was very comfortable. Close to everything you need. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. Our 3 year old grandson enjoyed feeding the geese and ducks from the dock everyday.

The home was a perfect fit for our family of 6 with ages ranging from 11 to 85. We enjoyed spending evenings on the large deck overlooking the lake and relaxing in the hot tub. Great location with short drive to old Hot Springs shopping and bath house row. Host was very accessible for any questions.

The house was extremely accommodating for my family. The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable and sheets were amazing (I’d love to know what kind they are) very close to everything and we had everything we needed.The hot tub needs to be fixed, only 2 jets worked, although the towels were clean, they were old and need to be replaced(even with washing they smelled) cobwebs in corners weren’t taken care of and needs lawn care to get to the lake Overall I would recommend

There is a knob on the hot tub which adjusts the volume and intensity of the nozzles which can be adjusted

The host is super responsive and quick to fix any issues! That was appreciated! The house is spacious and has enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The water view is very relaxing. We saw turtles, geese, ducks, and a snake or two swimming around. Each day we saw deer across the water. AC kept the house cool, neighborhood is very quiet. Just the best get away!

What wonderful hosts to deal with. So nice and responsive, this property is Awesome. We had such a fun quite time. We are already discussing next year and plan on staying here.

The house was very nice. Did not have a hair dryer or any soap or shampoo. Loved sitting on the back deck overlooking the water. Very conveniently located to everything in Hot Springs.

Beautiful home inside and out! Very clean and nicely stocked. The hot tub, ping pong table and fence in yard were great added touches. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break stay

Great Stay and Location

We and our extended family enjoyed our stay. Check in and the host were good and easy to work with. The inside of the house had plenty of room and amenities for our large group. The location was also great in order to get into Hot Springs and the surrounding area easily.

The host responded immediately with any questions we had. The house was comfortable and big enough for my family. I wish the water in the lake would've been higher to make the view prettier, but we couldn't have sat outside to enjoy it much anyway with the cold weather. The house was really close to hiking and downtown which made.it really convenient.

Great Stay! Great Location

We had an amazing stay, location was great and easy to get to and quiet but close to everything we wanted to do. Access to the boat was a huge plus. We had 6 adults and were all comfortable and plenty of room to hang out together and quiet time away. Highly recommend; and we will be booking again.

Family vacation

It was a nice property. We enjoyed our stay. It was close to town, which made it nice. We thought it could have been a little cleaner, but overall a good place for family.
