Everything about this place was amazing! So many things to do on site and the walking path right out our back door was so convenient! It felt super safe for our stay. Everything was super clean and just the right amenities!

Very nice quiet and clean room. The bed was very comfortable!! Although we didn't use the pool or laundry service, we enjoyed it very much!

Lucas was great! The place was small, but it was all we needed since we were not there a lot. I tried to give it an excellent rating, but it would not allow me to. It kept saying that someone was trying to hack in to get my information. It was very clean! The only thing I would ask them to do is to change the opening direction of the refrigerator, since it was opening towards the living room instead of the kitchen. We would have done it for you, but we did not have the tools with us. Great little place!

Very friendly area

Really enjoyed our stay. The floors were dirty but everything else was great. Didn’t know that you also get free golf at a local course which was amazing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future! There is access to many amenities, the pool and hot tub were great, there is greenbelt access along with private access to Duke's (the bar & grill next door), neither of which we were aware of before booking but was a nice surprise nonetheless!Only things I'd recommend would be to provide a print out of the agreement that is required to sign, so that the information is handy for reference. Also we weren't supplied with an adequate amount of coffee in our unit for the number of days we were staying, but it sounds like coffee is also available in the front office if needed and I'm sure they would give more Keurig cups if asked.All in all, the property was well kept, clean, felt safe and was a great place to land after all-day explorations.Also, probably the MOST comfortable bed I've ever had in a vacation rental!!

Perfect!

First time to the Scottsdale area - we were seeking housing for our son who will be completing his summer internship in this area - we are from Pittsburgh, PA…we wanted to check out the location prior to his start date. The property at Scottsdale Park Suites is beautiful. From the time we checked in until the time we departed it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. The location is safe and clean and convenient. Highly recommended - everything you need for an enjoyable stay is here! We can’t wait to go back!

Check In was easy and location was convenient. Other than that, not great. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had almost nothing in it. There wasn’t a blanket for the couches, no extra linens, 2 very small pans for the stove, 1 pan for the oven, no laundry detergent (and you had to pay for laundry - so it would have been nice to have a small thing of detergent provided at least). We called to ask for extra sheets or a blanket for the couch, and the guy on the phone just said “yeah we don’t have anything.” The pool was extremely dirty, the hot tub was green, and the grills were filthy. Every vent was absolutely filthy. There was paint all over light switches, just sloppy. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the location and easy check in. But I guess that’s what you get for the price. We will not stay here again.

Was a cute little apartment. Was great for just my husband and I. Was a little disappointed there was no air conditioning!!! Like ZERO! Was told to leave a window open. Was really hard to sleep at night with it being extra warm PLUS having the cop shop and fire station within blocks so much noise! Was told they are in a boiler system and could not just make a switch however, being in late February was uncomfortable sleeping! Air conditioning was checked under amenities so this took us by surprise.

This has everything we needed. The only major negative was that there was no ac. I wish I had known this ahead of time. I wasn’t told that there’s no ac this time of year until after we checked in. It was a bit stuffy, even with fans going and we ended up having to crack windows and patio doors open. We didn’t realize til check out that the person who stayed before us left dirty dishes with food in the dish washer. Other than that, the space worked well for our trip. It was a good location, the property was very nice and well maintained. The laundry facility was super easy to use.

Will come back!

Very clean, exceptional customer service. Situated next to a park with miles of paved greenway; grocery store within easy walking distance. Complex has tennis, pickleball, bocce, bean bags, tons of outdoor seating and grills. The only thing to be aware of is the kitchens are minimally appointed. I would have liked a cake pan and a larger cutting board.

Willing to work with us due to a medical issue. It’s a little dated. The first room we had absolutely needed to have the bathtub replaced the second one was a lot newer. Ok value for the money.

Everything was great but I didn't realize if you stay on the second floor you need to walk the stairs. So, if you have problems with stairs be sure to ask for a first floor suite.
