Beautiful, relaxing accommodations

Our guests are OUR priority!! Easy access, ground level Champion's Villa completely refreshed and ready as a first year rental. This end unit overlooks the natural surroundings of the 16th green on the Willard Bryd course at Sea Trail Golf Resort. The Villa offers 1450 square feet of living space with an open and spacious living/dining/kitchen combined area, a fully equipped kitchen if you are vacationers that cook full meals, a full-size washer and dryer, plus a private sunroom conveniently located just a short walk away from the pools and the Activity Center. Newly installed laminate wood flooring in the living room, sunroom and kitchen, freshly painted and extra clean. Private secure Internet access included. Two-queen beds with private bath in the main part of the Villa and two additional queen beds in the adjoining room with full bath. The adjoining room is complete with a mini kitchen, full size refrigerator, dining for two, sitting area with flat screen TV and work station allowing for all of our guests to have their own privacy and spaces to relax.

Location 5 minute walk to restaurants @ Sea Trail Golf Resort. Very clean room (s) .Had trouble with Internet & cable. Golf everywhere, and the people friendly.Could instantly tell that resort was high end.

Great family vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo in Sunset Beach, NC! The location was perfect—very short drive to Sunset Beach and close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was spotless and incredibly well maintained. You can truly tell the owners have put so much thought into making it a comfortable, welcoming space for families. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need for a week-long vacation—from kitchen essentials to beach gear and more. Every little detail made our stay that much easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The Best!

We've stayed in several condos at Sea Trail. This one is our favorite! It is a ground floor unit located on an end of the building. Great windows provide beautiful natural light without losing privacy. The patio has mylar windows, ceiling fan with chairs and tables and a grill. The spacious villa is comfortably appointed, but not over-crowded. Beautiful furniture and flooring, well maintained. The kitchen is clean and has everything you need. The spacious mini-suite is also beautifully decorated and well equipped for comfort and practicality. Sanford and Sandra were VERY quick to assist with every question and accommodation, and we can't wait for our next opportunity to visit their wonderful vacation retreat!

Perfect place to stay near Sunset Beach

Loved the space and the amenities. Pool was close, sun porch was great to hang out. Awesome location and space. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay

We loved the size and location of this property. We forgot our beach towels so we were hoping for some at the property and didn’t have any to use. We would definitely stay again and enjoyed our time.

Great location! Very nice 1st floor end condo!

This condo was perfect! The complex is quiet and tidy. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was awesome! It is within a few miles of the ocean and Calabash. The nice pool was right across the parking lot. There were noodles, floaties, goggles and toys available for use which my grandkids really loved. The unit was spacious and beds super comfy! The best thing was the dispenser in the showers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We didn't have any problems at all. Highly recommend!!

Decompress time

Loved that we didn't have to climb stairs with all our stuff. It was nice that it was an end unit with greenery around us. The porch was nice although someone had not adhered to the no smoking and the porched had to be aired out. I sat out there every chance I got. My bed was very comfortable and the furniture was also comfortable unlike a lot of places. It was quiet where we stayed so it made decompressing from a very busy year and season with our food truck and our other jobs. lol We really enjoyed our stay even though we had to drive to the beach. There were markets everywhere all week and we tried new restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is to buy a few more metal baking sheets ( ones from Sam's club. lol They are cheap but good.) The pots and pans were okay too but food always stuck no matter what temp or oil used. But if that is all that the place needs then I can just bring mine because we enjoyed our stay very much. The owners were super responsive and nice!!

Family vacation

Everything was good, only the conditioner dispenser in main bathroom did not work, we did not use door to mini suite, it seemed not to work properly. We were very comfortable, thank you for letting us stay.

Would stay again!

The condo was great...clean and very roomy! It felt like home. The location was good as well so that was nice. The owners were very responsive before the stay as well as during when issues with the TVs came up. I would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Though it sleeps 8 people,it is very comfortable for 4 people. Well-stocked kitchen. We liked the patio, as well. The villa side-suite provided additional room. Very relaxing view of the golf course.Quiet location with ample free parking. We enjoyed both the Villa pool, and the Sea Trail Activity Center.

Sunset Beach Sea Trails

This was an awesome place to stay. Everything we needed was provided. The owners communicated with us prior to our stay. One TV did not work, I called them and they were right on it, to make sure it was fixed. Beds were nice and firm and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Sanford and I have loved the North Carolina coast for most of our married life (50+ years) and especially Sunset Beach. We purchased this lovely villa after we retired from corporate life in the greater Chicago area to use as an escape from the bitter winters. We enjoyed the North Carolina climate so much we later moved to the greater Raleigh area. We have enjoyed sharing this peaceful get away with family and friends and now would like to share it with you. Welcome!!

After an extensive search of Florida, North and South Carolina, we chose Sea Trail Plantation Resort in Sunset Beach, North Carolina because it offered the three R's (rest, relaxation and recreation) in a beautiful lush setting. Whether it is morning coffee on the Lani, golf out the back door, swimming out the front door, watching the sun set on the completely handicap accessible beach, yoga or exercise at the convenient Sea Trail Activity Center, everything is close including a wide variety of restaurants (menus available in the villa).
When we are looking for more adventure we head south to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina (just 15 miles away) for daytime and nighttime entertainment. Sometimes we spend the day at Brookgreen Garden (just south of Myrtle Beach) enjoying a wide array of flowers and the outdoor art gallery. Also, in the same area, we explore the history of the old South at Hobcaw Barony.
Sometimes we head north to the charming seaside village of Southport, NC. After a pleasant lunch at Fishy Fishy, we board a ferryboat to either Fort Fisher to visit the NC Aquarium to learn about the local marine life or take a ferryboat to Bald Head Island to climb the Bald Head Lighthouse for a spectacular view of the area. Or how about a day deep sea fishing.
