Modern apartment built in 2009 situated between Nerja and Torrox Costa- in the Urbanication Calaceite. Calm surroundings with well maintainted gardens and two large pool areas.
The apartement is spacious ,90 sqm and has a large terrace of 25 sqm.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, has a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a big sofa and dining table.

The master bedroom has a large built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom + a small balcony.
The second bedroom has built in wardrobe and direct access to the main terrace.
The third bedroom has two bureaus and view towards mountains and the pool-area.

Wonderful flat with high-quality furnishings and a sensational view of the sea

Check-in and check-out went smoothly and the complex is well maintained. The flat is right next to the saltwater pool, which was not very crowded and also offered a wonderful view. The large master bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony was a great retreat. Thank you very much for letting us User the flat for a Short time. We enjoyed the time very much!

Very nice appartment, great view, nice pool

We were very happy, the appartment is big and well equipped, the balcony and the view stunning. The whole complex is calm, even in peak season. We were there during the Covid-19 season, so it might be more busy in normal years. The host manages the place from the distance (Sweden), but communicates very well with fast replies. We were very happy to stay there.

Superbe appartement

Appartement super bien équipé, très propre, une vue à couper le souffle. Piscine à proximité, il suffit de descendre un étage. Maria la propriétaire, répond très vite aux questions que l'on peut se poser. Rien à redire, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excellente. Location!

Bel appartement confortable avec chauffage central (utile en novembre). Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Situé à quelques kilomètres de Torrox Costa et Nerja. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Je recommande!

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und die Küche perfekt ausgestattet.Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und konnten jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse frühstücken.Es ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastic

We had a lovely week, the weather was excellent, the apartment was amazing, very clean, kitchen very well equipped, the walkway to the apartment was all on one level which was easy for my 84 year old mum. The veiw is amazing, you can even here the waves. It was also very quiet.

Tolle Wohnung! Super Aussicht!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für meine Mutter mit Rollator kein Problem da die Wohnung ebenerdig liegt. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Wir konnten auch im November jeden Tag draußen frühstücken. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden. Danke, das wir hier Urlaub machen durften. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Aussicht!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser FeWo. Durch die zwei separaten Badezimmer war die Wohnung für uns zwei Paare (und nicht nur für Familien) super geeignet. Die Wohnung sieht live genauso gut aus wie auf den Bildern! Ein Auto ist auf Grund der Lage zwingend erforderlich - aber der Blick entschädigt für alles. Delphine beim Abendessen gab es gratis! Vielen Dank auch für den Begrüßungssekt ;)

Urlaub mit allem Komfort

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in diesem Apartment nur wenige Meter vom Strand gefühlt. Welch ein Luxus jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon in fast erster Reihe dem Meer zusehen und lauschen zu können und dabei auch noch in aller Ruhe zu Frühstücken, oder am Abend das Erlebte vom Tage bei einem guten Glas Wein Revue passieren zu lassen. Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und von guter Qualität. Hier merkt man, dass jemand mit Herz und Verstand eingerichtet hat. Die Bilder in der Anzeige spiegeln das Apartment voll und ganz wieder. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und es mangelt an nichts, von der Kaffeemaschine bis hin zur Saftpresse ist alles vorhanden. Zum Hauseigenen Pool sind es nur wenige Schritte und Liegen sind in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Zum Vermieter: tolle und einfach Kommunikation per Mail! Wir haben uns obwohl wir nur in Mailkontakt standen, jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Zur Verwaltung: einfach klasse auch wenn wir nichts zu beanstanden hatten, wäre die Verwaltung jederzeit für uns erreichbar gewesen. Das Domizil haben wir schon an unsere Freunde weiter empfohlen Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Apartment buchen sollte es uns nach Andalusien ziehen. LG Manu & Thomas

Schöne große Wohnung mit tollem Blick und sehr netten Vermietern

Diese sehr ansprechende Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer mit einer sehr bequemer Couch und einem Essplatz sowie über eine moderne technische Ausstattung = großer Flachbild-TV, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Trockner usw. Die Terrasse mit einem absolut fantastischem Meerblick verfügt über ein schönes Mobiliar. Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Torrox-Costa und Nerja ist ruhig und dennoch nah zu beiden Orten. Hinter dem Haus kann man in den Bergen spazieren gehen und ohnehin natürlich auch hinunter zum Strand. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief angenehm und absolut reibungslos und die Vermieter sind äußerst zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine rundum zufriedenstellende Unterkunft, die wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Me and my husband bought this lovely apartment in the summer of 2017. We love to sit on the terrace and listen to the waves and also to look out over the mountains and in towards Nerja. When not in Spain we live in Stockholm, Sweden and we have two adult children who also like to spend time in Spain.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The apartment is located by the sea in the area that has the best climate in Europe, with over 320 days of sun every year. Costa Tropical has the warmest winters and less hot summers than e.g. in central Spain. Sitting on the terrace listening to the waves and watching the breathtaking sunrises is magic. The apartment has a perfect location in a calm area, but close to all amenities. The beach is at close walking distance and by car It takes only five minutes to Nerja and two minutes to Torrox Costa. For an active life style there are several golf courses close by, Sierra Nevada for skiing just over an hour by car away and several trekking opportunities including the fantatastic walk up the Rio Chillar.
