This company is fantastic... everything about them and their apartment. The location is ideal and the directions provided made the apartment very easy to find. Our key didn't work upon our arrival, and within 5 minutes Toni (super kind fellow) was there to help us out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to large groups that want to stay together.

Lovely apartment, okay neighborhood, unpleasant check-in

Upon arrival we had to take a cab over to the property office, 20 minutes from where we were staying, get the keys, and go back to the apartment. That was a big hassle after an international flight to get to Barcelona. The neighborhood is okay - not great. There are a lot of mediocre stores and restaurants around the place. If you walk a few blocks over, it is beautiful and we did that a lot. The apartment itself was very clean, but some things hadn't been built very well - the kitchen cupboard doors don't open and close properly, the door to the living room scrapes the floor, and there is a very annoying door to the kitchen that prevents the refrigerator door from opening unless you close the kitchen door first. There is very little privacy for the master bedroom - you can hear everything in that room from the living room and kitchen. The rooftop pool was pleasant but small.

Not quite

The apartment was smaller than one would imagine based on the photos. This itself would not be as much of a problem if it was not in such disrepair: walls with holes, tv not working, generally increased wear and tear. It was also lacking in some basic supplies: no dish towels or drying rack for dishes, no extra garbage bags. And while the management had no control over this, while this was a no smoking apartment the apartment below us WAS smoking (things other than tobacco), and the smell would enter our apartment. This is made worse by the fact that I was traveling with children who have no business being exposed to such substances.

Awesome location

We loved our experience and stay in Barcelona and in this apartment ! The wifi was God sent, we got to download anything we needed to. very comfortable beds. The lounging area is great as well. Kitchen very well equipped and put together. We recommend this apartment ! Also the shared area at the rooftop is great you meet with people and you get to discover things with them. You get a nice clear sunset also from there.

Great location and Communication with staff

Great location by the Arc de Triomf station. We were group of four guys came to watch football and to visit Barcelona. We arrived during night time and arranged transportation with Apartments. All communication went well and all arrangements were made without extra effort. Apartment had all necessary accessories that we needed. Television was good quality flat and there was lots of channels to choose from.

It is Barcelona's apartment best kept secret but I fear not for long, accommodation, location, parking all 5 star, would definitely recommend & re-booking for another short break

The apartment was a good size and the beds very comfortable. Staff loaned me a phone charger (a life saver as I had left mine at home). Little touches were nice - I will definitely book here again.
