The apartment was wonderful and everything as advertised. Location was great...close enough to all the action but not too close where you feel overwhelmed. I would highly recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful experience here! This is a beautiful place -actually even better than the photos and in a fabulous location. Very clean and charming and inviting. The apartment is in a great neighborhood near Arc of Triomphe, with a lot of restaurants near and close to the metro. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

A very good experience

Apartment was very clean, warm and welcoming. Located in a good central neighborhood with nice restaurants not too far away and we always felt safe and comfortable. Having three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked well for us. The kitchen was updated and provided what we needed. Well done guys...thanks for a pleasant experience.

Great Location compact Flat,

The location of the flat is excellent, very near the centre and bars, resteraunts it is well fitted out (10 years ago it would have been pristine)and the beds are comfortable. unfortunately due to the front bedroom having sliding doors rather than window you can hear everything on the street and especially when the bar across the road is having a late night! the two rear single bedrooms where quiet. At check-in we needed to go to another building to get the keys and pay, then catch a taxi here although they didn't then charge us the 40 Euros extra for late check in. My biggest issue overall is that I had to chase the management 4 times for them to return my deposit which took 3 weeks!

BEWARE! This apartment is NOT a 4 bedroom unit.

This listing is disingenuous and false. This is NOT a 4 bedroom apartment— rather it is 3 very small bedrooms with a small living room with a couch. If you require 4 bedrooms, this is not the place for you. We were completely surprised at check in and called the rental office, but there was nothing to be done. So we spent our vacation with the living room turned into a bedroom and nowhere to sit as a family. I have since contacted the rental company and they point out that there is a quick mention of a sofa bed in the living room. That’s bogus, the headline for the place clearly states that it is 4 bdrms PLUS a living room. If you do decide to rent here, plan to wait outside on the street in the heat, as they will be checking in people into the other units in the building. The kitchen is TINY and does not have much in the way of cooking materials. Also, make sure you ask for extra blankets at check in — there are not enough for everyone. It took us 2 days to receive additional blankets. On the positive side: the location is excellent, the place was clean, and the bathrooms are nice.

Nice getaway

Very nice and stylish apartment ! Beds are incredibly comfortable. They have a normal size. The linens provided are clean. We asked for an extra cleaning everything was spotless once we came back from our day out. Our coffee maker got replaced in an instant due to a little problem i had, we told My Space and they got it to us in time for our next cup !! Thanks for the reactiveness.

Great location

Nice location, close to the Arco de Triunfo. So you can simply walk across the beautiful Park Ciudadela, the centre of attractions in Barcelona or to the Born. It would be a lovely walk in any direction anytime of the day. The metro station is just a few minutes' walk away. So you can have both quietness needed for a good rest and convenience needed for sightseeing. The share area is nice.
