A beautiful, very spacious 3-bedroom condo on the Wildwood boardwalk just built in 2016. You can enjoy the beach and ocean view from the large covered porch, watch the fireworks, or observe the boardwalk activities from the 2nd story porch. People on the boardwalk don't even know you are up there. Once inside, you close out the sounds of the boardwalk. Walk out the back door and right onto the beach or boardwalk. No streets to cross. An open living room and kitchen, 3-bedroom, sleeps 8 with 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities and parking for 2 cars. Situated between 2 amusement piers and walking distance to 2 water parks. Minutes to the Convention Center. If you are looking for more space, we have a connecting condo that offers 2 more bedrooms that sleep 6 additional people. This is a great property with a great view the minute you walk in the door you can see the ocean. The pictures that are posted are exactly what the property is.I loved and it was greatly appreciated that they included the sheets and towels, one less thing to pack. It is really helpful. You need to bring your own beach towels, but that’s fine.Gives you two parking passes to park on the streets in Wildwood for free there’s no on site parking but hanging that in your rearview mirror made it easy for parkingWe’ll definitely be booking this place again and again. He also gave us a gift card to the Polish water ice and that was wonderful. We probably wouldn’t have tried it and we fell in love with it. It was just a nice touch.

The condo was the perfect place for kids. Located right on the boardwalk just a short walk to the amusement park and water park. It’s also is close to the convention center. We spent one day at the water park and one at the amusement park and it was great being able to walk back to the condo for lunch or a quick break before heading back again.Communication with the owner was excellent! Very responsive and helpful with detailed answers to any questions we had. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and we arrived to find clean bed sheets and fresh towels ready for us to use.Just a heads-up: there is are 2 flights of stairs to climb to get into the condo (no elevator), but it was absolutely worth the climb!We would definitely stay here again!

Now one of my favorite places on the Wildwood Boardwalk! This place is the perfect location for boardwalk & beach fun for kidoz & adults! Amazing view, clean and kitchen well equipped with all your cooking needs! The owner was wonderful and easy to work with! Totally recommend this fantastic place for family, girls trip or even just a couples getaway! LOVE IT!!!

Early Season Stay at Wildwood Beach

Had a great week at this spacious and very comfortable 3BR condo at the beach. Fun location overlooking the Boardwalk. We were there early season so not a lot going on the early part of the week, but we got the full experience at weekend. Great place to be in when the weather doesn't cooperate with outdoor time. Lots of table and counter space for puzzles and games. Terrific kitchen for cooking meals; lots of space to store things; a variety of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. to use; and great appliances. Rated 4 stars for a few early-season quirks that the owner communicated very well about throughout and which were aimed to improve guests' stays (e.g., unexpected internet repair and alarm maintenance), but minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of the nice place and quality family time. Thanks for the stay! Definitely would stay here again.

Great place that overlooks Boardwalk

We would rent again. Owner was great. Balcony overlooking boardwalk was great place to have a drink and people watch. Be prepared for two flights of stairs that exit out of the back of the building.

Great location

Location is amazing! Was the perfect place to vacation with a large family. The owner/host, Tom, is very nice and easy to get ahold of with any questions/concerns. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!

Phenomenal

Tom was one of the best landlords I’ve ever dealt with. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough to make us feel at home. Tom responded immediately to all of our questions and even advised us on things to do during our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a terrific time and absolutely loved the place. So much space for 6 of us and saved us money being able to cook and do laundry. We loved the balcony and how cloae it was to the beach. The only downfall was having to buy sheets and towels that we didnt know would not be supplied.

Great time

We had so much fun. Tom was very helpful, I had an issue checking in and Tom was able to help me quickly he also walked me through where everything was. The location is great we got to watch the Monster Truck Show right from the porch.

Irish Weekend stay

Other then the bad weather we had a good time. Tom the owner was very friendly. We communicated before and after the stay. I do think the owner needs to upgrade a couple things. The grills were in bad shape. We wanted to grill but couldn't because they were in bad shape. The only other thing is the mattresses need to be replaced. The queen bed mattresses are in bad shape. Very uncomfortable and lopsided. Other than those 2 things everything else was fine. Plenty of glasses, paper towels,dish soap, silverware. There were even coloring books and crayons for my great granddaughter to play with some games also. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome Vacation

The location right above the boardwalk and beach view with balcony with a walk out the back door right to the beach and boardwalk couldnt have been better.Right between the 2 piers in the midst of the excitement.The owner was curtious and helpful with everything .The place was bigger then i expected equiped with everything you need extremely nice and clean.It was a Vacation ill remember .Cant wait to go back again.Thank You .

Great view not great location

To start, there was no parking spot or place to unload. You get 2 parking passes to park on the street if you can find a spot. The neighbors constantly have stuff blocking the way to the stairs. Entering the property is 2 sets of stairs to the door. I don’t remember reading anything about this. We had to carry bags for 2 blocks and then up 2 flights of stairs. The house was relatively clean but why did advertise they had a high chair and they didn’t. It’s a broken booster seat. Also, I did not read in the listing that there were no towels or sheets. Not even a dish towel. That was incredibly expensive and unnecessary and we would not have stayed here if we knew this. Also, the lights in one bedroom didn’t work until we figured out where the breaker box was and how to turn them on, and the outlet by the bed never worked the e entire stay. And there was no hot water in the kitchen sink most days. All of these added a lot of unnecessary stress for the price we paid.

Wildwood condo

Great location, very roomy and comfortable for all. Great patio deck ,ocean view and boardwalk. Very private. Only downfall were the steps. Wasn't a bother any other time except when we fot there and had to bring everything up and when we left to bring everything down. I would stay here again!

Location, Location, Location!

We had a very comfortable, relaxing stay in Wildwood. Lots of steps but made for a great view. The owner was very easy to talk to and attentive and accomodating. We recommend this location and property if you want to have a nice visit in Wildwood on the boardwalk and Beach!

A week at Wildwood

I loved the location. It was in the heart of everything. All of the action right outside the balcony for you to watch, but once inside it was as if nothing was going on outside. I loved everything about the place. It was a great week and a true experience of Wildwood!

Wonderful!!!

We stayed here recently, we were two families, 4 adults and 4 kids (ranging from 18 months-12 years old) Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect location. Very clean! We lucked out with great parking near by, the metered parking passes were a huge plus! Tom was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again! Even better than the pictures!

Great Vacation!

The property was just as it appears in the photos. Fantastic location and view. Communication with the owner was great! Everything was in working order, tons of kitchen utensils and space. Beds were comfy too!

Neighbors parking

Everything was great, except neighbors parking. Didn't leave room to walk past their cars. Confronted them and they didn't really care.

My wife and I purchased this property in 2006 as a first floor retail shop on the Wildwood Boardwalk. We always intended to eventually add the second story unit. Since our family has grown with 4 married children and 13 grandchildren, we decided it was time to build.

Our family has been coming to Wildwood since the 1980's. Our kids couldn't wait to go to the beach and the amusement piers. Now we get to see the smiles and joy of our grandchildren as the family traditions continue.

Our second story 3-bedroom condo is a rarity on the boardwalk. Check out the pictures we posted. Nothing blocks your ocean view. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the balcony. We love to watch storms roll in on the covered porch.
