Nothing was spared when we chose and filled this unit with everything you should need on your vacation. This ninth floor unit sits right on the beautiful emerald ocean. The extra large balcony with beautiful concrete stained pavers can be accessed through both the living and master bedroom with three sitting areas featuring high end outdoor furniture including a dining table seating 8. This is the largest three bedroom Balcony on the entire beach!!

All porcelain wood tile floors throughout the entire Condo. The Living Room has a 55' Flat Screen HDTV with an HD cable box, Premium Channels / On Demand movies, a Blu-Ray player, and an LG SoundBar. All upgraded stainless steel appliances equip the Kitchen. And a FULL SIZED Samsung Washer and Dryer accommodate your laundry needs. The main Master Bedroom faces the Gulf and has a King Size bed and private bath. The Second Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and private bath and your Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and adjoining bath. Each Bed has a memory foam topper. Even the brand new commercial grade Living Room Sofa folds out to a queen bed with a Memory Foam Mattress. Each Bedroom is equipped with LCD TVs and Blu Ray players.

Pictures on line made Condo look much nicer and larger. Many little things brought overall look and feel second rate. Like crooked pictures on the wall, dirty rugs, worn out sofa, chipped dining room bowl. But larger issues were—one bed had you rolling out of it because of the mattress slant. One shower was almost impossible to turn off. The dishwasher had an upper shelf that was crooked so we couldn’t close the door. ( We were told they were confused by this because they just had it fixed), the floors were dirty and the furnace couldn’t be adjusted to keep the condo warm. It was cold when we were there. Could not call the person overseeing the condo as she didn’t answer her phone and her message box was full. The owner said he was sorry we were disappointed but pretty much said he didn’t believe us. He only responded to some of the issues in one email. These things were especially troublesome because weather issues had us stuck there instead of being able to get out much.

Wonderful stay

We spent nearly a week in March. It was wonderful and peaceful. You could not tell it was "spring break". The condo had everything we would have needed, even spare beach towels. The owner is very friendly and was very helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. We would stay here again :)

I contacted this property owner about a month prior to booking to ask him if I would have any problems if my 19 and 21 year old sons could arrive before me as I was traveling from a different city and wasn’t sure when my meetings would be over. He said it would be no problem. I reached out a week before I came to verify - again was told no problem. My sons got there at check in and were immediately shaken down about why I wasn’t there with them. I was then given a time line on what time I had to be there by or they would he kicked out. Apparently there’s a 25 year old age limit at this complex and since I wasn’t there yet - they couldn’t stay. We pled with the owner and the HOA mgr there to give us time to work this out to no avail. The place reeked of cigarettes so bad my kids sinuses were screwed up for a day. We’ve stayed in probably 20-30 VRBO’s over the years / have come and gone with no issues. If you have teenage or adult kids under 25 - don’t rent this place - they will boot you and keep your money even if your normal folks that aren’t partying.

Birthday Trip

The condo was convenient to everything right on the beach as expected. The only problem was the condo was dirty the pillows had stains on them we had to go and purchase our own pillows. The bedding was also stained along with the bedding being dirty everything was dusty. It looked as if no one had cleaned or swept or vacuumed in a very long time. I really feel like if you’re going to charge over a hundred dollars a night plus fees for cleaning and etcetera you should get a clean place to sleep. I shouldn’t have to purchase pillows and bedding to feel comfortable sleeping.

Great stay in PCB

Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Best sunset views of anyplace we've stayed at. Would highly recommend.
