This 5th floor unit has been freshly painted, has all tile through out with a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, beach side master bedroom and both guest bedrooms. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Nice condo

We had a few hiccups when we got there but the property managers were real nice and resolved them quickly! The pictures on listing aren't totally up to date! We would definitely stay again!

Great family condo

This was a perfect condo for a big family. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it easier to get showers after beach and pool activities. Would definitely recommend staying there in the future. That being said, I saw a few reviews saying that the condo was dirty, and the furniture was worn. The condo was clean and the furniture wasn’t new but it was nice and the price was great. We were very happy and will definitely be back.

Room 508

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was okay. There was things we didn’t like: floors were dirty (we wore socks or shoes the whole time), stacks of leftover tiles and broken light bulbs in bathrooms, no rugs so there was an echo(we bought a cheap one from Walmart and it did the trick). Hot water tank was very small if 2 ppl showered, there wasn’t any hot water for the rest of the crew. Blinds in living room on sliding glass door were falling off and in very bad shape at the bottom(dirty and gross). Needs updated and a new cleaning crew if you are going to charge $$$$ like that. We will look elsewhere next time.
