Come see! We looked for years for the perfect spot - found it and completely renovated! The Breakers is a 32-unit complex, spacious, and discreetly situated in the perfect location! This newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is steps from the beach. This top (8th) floor unit in this boutique condo has unobstructed views of the Sugar White Sands and the Gulf - from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony.
* Spacious Living Room with recliners, sofa sleeper and 50 inch Roku TV, with sound bar.
*Fully equipped kitchen with new granite counter tops, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, subway tile accents, and painted shaker cabinets. Dining room table seats six with two additional bar stools.
* Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV and Gulf View.
* Guest bedroom with two double beds and flat screen TV.
* Each bathroom decorated with new painted shaker cabinets and granite counter tops.

* This is a 32 unit complex with swimming pool and a fast moving no wait elevator.

Beautiful Condo in convenient location

We had a wonderful time at this great condo in Gulf Shores! It was right on the beach with a great balcony to watch for dolphins!! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. It had everything we needed and more with many shops and restaurants nearby. We left hoping to plan another stay here in the near future!!

Excellent!

Location is the best! Across the street are three grocery stores, lots of shopping, multiple ice cream shops, and several great restaurants within a short walk. Top floor comes with less noise and the best views. Host was very nice and communicative. Very clean and updated. Highly recommend!!

Paradise!

Perfect location with easy access to everything: parking, beach, pool, restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and of course had a spectacular view of the beach and ocean.

Enjoyable stay

The condo is older but nicely renovated. The cleaning crew did not do a good job as we had to clean out bathroom drains of hair (gross). Four bath towels for a two bedroom is not enough. We had to wash towels every day since we had five people. Communication with owner was very easy and efficient. Thank you.

Orange Beach Condo

Property was very clean and well stocked. Location was super convenient to stores, trails thru Gulf State Park, and of course right on the beach. Owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Perfect spot

This is really the perfect little spot for adults looking to stay on the beach. The building itself is small so there are no large crowds and no extra noise. The condo was clean and well maintained. Communicating with the owners could not be more simple. Everything you need is there and the views are beautiful! I would absolutely recommend staying

Fantastic

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was top notch. My whole family enjoyed the week we spent on the beach. The view was amazing from the balcony. We were able to watch dolphins swim every day. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough supplies. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all didn’t want to leave!!!

Girls Trip

My sister, grown daughter & I throughly enjoyed staying in this condo. It’s a smaller, quieter building than many of the condo complexes. It’s right on the beach & close to stores & restaurants. The condo has recently been renovated. It’s immaculately clean, updated, very cute & comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to friends. I highly recommend!

Great location! Great communication

Great location.. on the beach with great view as you enter the front door. Beach area not crowded like it is closer to Hangout area. Owner was easy to get in touch with and great to work with. Close to great food places like The Angry Crab and Big Mikes steakhouse— but be at hungry at both!! Will definitely stay here again!

The Baxter's have been Orange Beach condo owners for over 20 years. We love this town - the beach, restaurants, amazing trail systems, golf, etc., and easy access to all the area has to offer.

While enjoying our previous location, we finally found THE perfect unit in THE perfect location. With only 32 units, parking is convenient and privacy is assured. The beach here is sugary white, and right out back! Amazing views from the master, living room, and balcony. Meanwhile out front, grocery stores, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. are within walking distance. Larger than the cookie-cutter 800-900 square foot units, a spacious 1,200 sf. awaits you. It has been completely remodeled - all flooring, new kitchen and appliances, bathroom furnishings, TV, lighting/ceiling fans, newly painted, and new king size mattress. New double beds in second bedroom. All new furniture in the living room and the master bedroom and new shower in the master bathroom. The guest bathroom was recently updated with a new tub and tile surround. All beds have new bed covers.
