Beautifully landscaped community, picturesque walking paths through the neighborhood, East of Rt. 1, less than 2 miles from Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, and easy bike ride to downtown and even closer to the tax-free Tanger Outlets. The first two community pools, clubhouses, and gyms are just steps away from home. That's right! This community has two pools (Pools typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), two gyms, two clubhouses, fenced-in community playgrounds, and tennis and basketball courts. Access to the Junction and Breakwater Bike trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes Beaches) is located across from the community entrance. Bike downtown Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the finest restaurants, relax on the beach, or enjoy the boardwalk.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. This home rents Saturday-Saturday during the prime summer months; there is a strict ten-person occupancy limit, including children and no pets. Linens are not included. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. Surveillance cameras for security on the exterior of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
